Microdermabrasion Machine (UNOISETION): This is a portable microdermabrasion tool set. The tool comes in a box with 12 diamond exfoliating tips and 4 regular suction heads, a USB charging cord, a bag of O-rings and cotton filters, and an instruction manual.As someone new to using microdermabrasion, I found the instructions a bit incomplete and confusing. I came back to this listing to see if I could find better explanations of how to properly use this tool. But there is no video posted by the manufacturer. I searched around elsewhere too. I didn't find out what to do with the O-rings, and I'm still not sure when to use the clear suction heads as opposed to the exfoliating ones, but I like the diamond tips so far. The tool lasts quite a while on a single charge.There are 3 different suction levels, and even the lowest setting is pretty strong. I slide the wand slowly across my face, being careful not to linger in one spot for too long. It's a little tricky to get the correct angle for the suction to work well, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. I didn't notice a lot of dried skin dust left behind on the filter, so I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. But then I tried this on my elbows, legs, and feet, and I saw a bit more skin flakes; those areas feel really smooth now. So maybe my face wasn't too bad to begin with. In any case, I still notice improvement to the softness and clarity of my facial skin, and I'll continue to user this for maintenance. My skin gets a little pink afterward, but I apply some gentle moisturizing cream and my skin returns to normal after an hour or so.I deducted a star due to the unclear instructions and because the set arrived with half of the diamond tips loose, so I wasn't sure if this unit was new (I needed to sterilize the tips before I used them, just to be safe).

Works as it should only comes with a few filters.

So first off, this is a pretty decent product for the price. Here's what I like:- Comes with a rechargeable battery, so you don't need to deal with a plug- Comes with two sets of diamond heads each.- Really good suction- Easy to use, decent directions- Does work from a suction standpoint, but, there is a con or two for this partCons:- For cleaning, it says to use alcohol (Got out, easy) and then a Red Light of some kind, or "high heat" to disinfect. What does this mean, high heat? And who readily has disinfecting light at their house? Not me.- The suction is HIGH, even on the lowest setting. So this may not be for a beginner. I don't have sensitive skin, and my skin was red after one pass through on the lowest setting.- With other microderm devices I have, i could always see the skin or debris from my face in the filter and visibly see how well it worked. With this one, I didnt see anything which seems a bit odd.- my skin did feel a bit softer, but I'm not sure if this was maybe from irritation because the suction was so strong. However, it's been a while since I've done microderm.- it comes with O-Rings but the directions don't mention their use (although I know to use this between the device and the diamond tip head to screw in.)Overall, I like this device, it seems like a nice protable quality at home device. I'll see it's effectiveness in a few weeks and update.

I had nubrilliance, but I guess that’s old I live had it for 15 years unfortunately no more diamond tips for sale. So I tried this one and I absolutely 💯 could see the difference in my skin. I do need to read more on how to use the clear tips .. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The suction levels are adjustable, however I will say that even the lowest level is pretty strong so I have never even tried any of the higher levels! The instructions were pretty clear and I also watched a "how-to" video online, so no problem for beginners. Overall, my experience was pretty good, but I would like an even lower setting for sensitive skin.

This item had great suction, when it worked. After using it twice, it stopped working.
