This eye mask comes in a sturdy, nice looking box that protects it well in transit and is convenient for storage. Inside the box is the eye mask, a reasonable length USB cable for charging and USB plug for charging on a normal plug socket, along with a leaflet containing pretty comprehensive usage and care instructions.The eye mask itself is made of a nice smooth material that is soft and comfortable against the eyes, with some light padding. The cover is removable making it easy to separate it from the heated part to wash if necessary. It has 3 heat settings, operated via a touch button on the front and a small battery pack which sits on one side of the mask, meaning you don’t have to be plugged in to use it. It seems to last quite a long time once charged up. The whole thing is worn using the removable, adjustable straps around the back of the head.I have really enjoyed using this heated mask. I have had eye masks before that were essentially wheat bags that you heat up in the microwave. This is a step up from those, in that:- it keeps its heat pretty much as long as you want or need it to- You can adjust the heat to your need or preference- You don’t have to effectively charge it up every time you use it because of the battery packThere is really not much I can say against this item, I find it very relaxing and easy to use. However, as others have said, I possibly wouldn’t want to wear this to bed, just because it is a heated electrical item at the end of the day. If you want to lie down and have a relax though, or have been advised to use heat to help with some types of eye issues, then this is a really convenient, comforting mask to use and I would recommend it.

My wife likes it and has worn it a couple of times before bed, finding it relaxing. Can't say for sure if it is actually helping her sore eyes, I supposed sustained use will tell in time.Works as it is supposed to and is comfortable to wear.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. Heated Eye Mask Cordless for Dry Eyes, Electric Warm Eye CompressThis heated eye mask comes in a nice presentation box, included within the box are a warranty card, user manual, USB-C charge lead and a surprisingly rare item, a charger! The mask consists of 2 parts, the outer soft padded section with 2 x adjustable elastic straps and an inner (again soft padded) heater section which houses the heater, battery (non-removable) and the front button which protrudes through a hole in the front of the outer section. A slot in the fabric of the outer section allows the inner section to be removed easily so the outer section (only) can be washed.The battery is quite chunky and is inside the inner section on the right-hand side, although bulky when felt with the fingers, it isn’t noticeable when wearing the mask. The large, illuminated button on the front has 3 heat settings, a long press to turn it on or off and short press to cycle through the heat settings. The button illuminates red, purple, and blue for high, medium, and low heat settings. The button lighting also acts as a charge indicator, flashing red for charging and steady blue once fully charged.On the underside of the button is a USB-C charge port where the supplied charge cable attaches, (about 1m long), and the very surprising thing is that they include a small wall charger with it, this is very rare these days.I found it very comfortable to wear, nothing digs in, the padding is adequate and its soft too. The adjustable straps help so it doesn’t fit too tight and the 3 heat levels are just right. The battery placement can make it feel a bit lop-sided but that is not noticeable when wearing it. The mask automatically powers off after 15, 35 and 55 minutes depending upon which level is used. I use it a lot on high heat and the battery appears to last a good few days before recharging is required.

It isn't able to touch the eyes due to the size of the heating element at the bridge of your nose. I couldn't get the temperature to the right level because the pad wasn't in contact with my eyes. I have a gel mask that you put into boiling water and wait 5 minuts for it to heat up and this works fine. I had such hopes for this but was very dissapointed.
