Great labels for baskets. Had to put a big piece of clear packing tape over the writing as my house cleaners smudged it every time they cleaned. But maybe a sharpie would be more permanent if that’s an issue for anyone else. With the tape I can still remove at another date and wipe and rewrite should I want a different label.

Over all I really like these labels. The metal feels pretty sturdy, not too thin. They are reusable, which is definitely a plus. They are easy to write on with dry erase markers and you need only wipe them off with an eraser for dry erase markers or a paper towel. However, you need to be a little careful to not to accidently rub the letters off of your label too, the one downside to having something easily erasable. On most of my cubes and baskets the labels clip on pretty firmly. On a few of the thin plastic ones the labels fit a little loose, but so far that hasn't presented a problem. The only container these labels didn't work for is a couple of wicker baskets I own. The edges of the baskets were just a little too thick to use the labels.

Very sturdy with a good, deep slide on top. However, I agree with others that the wipe off marker does just that - wipes off before you can get the label on! But I still like them; indeed, ordered another set. I will be making stick on labels to replace the written marker wording.

Wow, where have these been!?! I used these labels on baskets I purchased years ago from a local store. I wanted to identify easily the contents of each of the baskets in my linen closet (i.e. guest bedroom, guest bathroom, etc.). I was skeptical in ordering these but these ended up being the best thing since sliced bread. Seriously!!! Where have these been???? I love them and how they allow my anal brain to organize my closets. Would super highly recommend!!! Cool too is that you can reuse the labels any time as the pen used can be wiped clean and new info/name used on the labels!

So happy I found labels for my cubby boxes! They come with an erasable pen but I found I was smearing and erasing the words as I used the bins. So, I changed it to permanent marker and all is well!
