Poor Quality, Wrong Strap, and Exhausting Return Process
I purchased a Noise watch on 1st August, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the watch had major issues—basic functionalities like step count and heart rate monitoring were not working.As per Amazon’s policy, I tried to replace the product within 10 days, but surprisingly, there was no option to return it directly to the seller. Instead, I was redirected to Noise customer service, which made the entire process unnecessarily lengthy and frustrating.After following all their annoying steps, I finally returned the watch to Noise. Today, I received the replacement, but to my shock, the watch they sent does not even look new. Worse, I had originally returned the watch with a magnetic belt, but they sent back a watch with a leather belt instead.This entire experience has been mentally exhausting. Poor product quality, lack of proper replacement support, and careless handling of customer returns show the negligence of both the seller and Noise.I strongly do not recommend buying from this seller or Noise as a brand.

Ordered this for my wife - features, accuracy, display and look wise is fab - however price seems to be very high. If can be done in affordable range, then would have been the best
