Nice flour
The product is an excellent quality and it works very well for both bread and sweet items, which is what I used it for. I am watching the evolution of the new strain of wheat in this blend that is much more ecologically sound and actually helps the environment. As a chef and nutritionist, I like seeing wheat being bred for something more that over-increasing its gluten content.I ordered it thinking it was organic, and for that reason I probably won't order it again. However, I will continue to watch the development of this new strain and see if they can establish an organic one. If being organic isn't important to you, then try it. It is a very nice flour.

sent almost expired whole wheat flour. I received it on 9/20/24 and it expires on 9/28/24.
