I saw Improvement after the very first use

Do you have no instructions or directions to go by? You have to Google everything. I’m not sure that I did it correctly. It’s been an hour. I see zero results other than feeling tenderness where I poked myself with those needles repeatedly. I do not like wasting my money and I feel like I just did!!! It did not come with any instructions but I did the best I could to use it. It STRAIGHT UP DOESN'T WORK and it is painful to use.

I like the bottle attached to needle stamp, though you can’t move as fast as with a battery micro needler, you have the added convenience of adding hyaluronic Acidto your face while micro needling… I used it on my lips , cleaned it then did my whole face. It took awhile as I said it’s a stamper and only about the size of a dime.I wished they make an attachment needler in just a single line? So then I could do inside my heavier lines! Around lips, straight down each lip line, but mostly my v line between eye browns! I went over the area several times but barely got the needle in the V line at the end? It was frustrating . I like the system esp the H.A. In bottle but the needler is not that great. I don’t see myself buying it again yet I did it once again .. unless the effects are dramatic when healed I’ll pass on this system.

No instructions. The liquid did not come out when needling. I don’t know what the funnel shaped lids are used for. May return

I received mine this evening and was very disappointed. Like previous reviews there’s no instructions so I looked it up on YouTube. Followed to a tee. Held the vial upside down for a few minutes as instructed & nothing. The serum doesn’t go through where the tip/needles are. Stupid. I’ll never purchase anything from this company ever again! FYI: what I’m doing is putting the serum on my finger & putting it on the areas of concern then using the micro tip.

I do like this so far but the only problem is that the cap with the needles gets clogged after one use, and I'm having lots of problems unclogging them, I would recommend that they either supply you with additional ones or a better way to keep them clean. And no cleaning them after each use does not work, I've tried a lot of different ways, running under hot water, blowing them out with pressure, even putting in boiling water nothing has worked so far. What I've been doing is putting the serum directly on my face and then using the needle part where the serum is that's all that's working so far
