Sweet - no kiddin! this is an extremely sweet pure monk fruit supply, taking up very little room and being so very intense, it takes a little learning to figure out how to judge just how little or much you want to use. Be patient while trying to figure it out. We like it and I'd been looking for a supplement without any extra additives. This seems to fit the bill. Thanks!

Good strong sweet taste; a true 25% mogroside concentrate brand. You don't have to use much, unlike those typically found in grocery stores. Will buy again.

You have to add it to your coffee very gently as if you add too much it will make dumplings. It's a very fine powder so you have to just kind of sprinkle it. Flavor is great and a little goes a long way.

Very small package but my husband LOVES it and says you use very little for big sweetness!

My June 2024 order of ‘Mayker Monk Fruit Extract Sweetener with 25% Mogroside V, 1.76 oz’ arrived in a sealed zip-lock pouch — two actually, since there is a second sealed zip-lock pouch within the outer pouch. (Both pouches must have the top of the pouch ripped off or cut off to be opened, assuring the pouches were sealed and not tampered with.) Also included is a small spoon scoop which holds maybe half a 1/16 teaspoon (0.14g per the label). This product is Made in China, and my pouch has a Best Before Date of May 14 2027. It is good to have a Best Before Date that far out, because per the label this pouch provides 357 servings. The sweetener itself is a very fine powder with a uniform yellowish-brown color. Due to its powder consistency and sweetness strength, it seems to me this sweetener is best suited for use in beverages. (I suppose you could use it in whatever you wanted, but I doubt it could directly substitute for sugar in baking.) I have used this product several times in iced tea and it works well. Because the powder is so fine it dissolves in cold beverages faster than standard sugar; I assume the same would be true for hot beverages. I was dubious of the small serving size the pouch recommends for use, but it is no joke. A full scoop was more than enough to sweeten 24 ounces of iced tea for me. I liked the taste and had no issues with aftertaste.
