I really love it! It does take a while to charge but the battery last for a while! I have two cases this way while one is getting charged the other one is being used, this has saved me at trips multiple times especially at Disney where there isn’t many places to charge your phone and on long flights!! I love it! 100000% recommend! Also it’s very comfortable to hold!

Does not charge phone even with a full charge on the case. I will push the charge button. It turns on then immediately shuts off. It worked for 24 hours and that was it. I have been using charger cases for years and this is by far the worst

Works great. As other reviews state, be careful about putting the charging port into the case. Other than that it has saved me at many ballgames where I had nowhere to charge my phone.

Thing sucks. Installed it correctly, but prong was messed up out of the box and only charged at a super specific angle where it was basically hanging out of the case. Quite frustrating, save your money and go for a little more expensive option from a more reputable company.

It was working good until recently. Left it to charge overnight and it couldn’t hold a charge.

I've have several of these over the years, and for the price, they can't be beat. They last several months to a year. But I've bought three in a row lately that will accept a charge, the blue lights indicate a full charge, but it will not charge my phone. I've returned all three. I'm willing to try & buy again because Amazon allows free returns, and if I finally get another good one, it's a keeper. If you're not willing to try them and return, don't bother. That said there aren't many battery case options out there for an iPhone 13. They are all the same product but with a different name.
