Simply excellent. Love using the liquid.
We use this as a natural lipid ingredient. Very happy we switched to the liquid form. I had to do a math conversion in order to make the concentration the same for my needs as when I was utilizing the powder, but I knew that would be necessary. Messy, but I knew that would be the case, as well. Very satisfied I switched!

Better in liquid form
It seems to be a good product. I've tried dry lecithin before to use as an emulsifier for cannabutter, however this liquid version is so much better. I used liquid lecithin for making mct oil infusions and it came out great! Now I can prepare for with infused oil and butter without separating in my cooking. Just what was needed. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Nice size and cant wait to get using the product but I guess the cap was damaged during shipping so I need to find a way to properly seal the bottle
