For the cost this works better than I hoped. The padded grip feels good, and it rotates without a problem.

The product is very high quality and the price is great compared to similar tricep bars.

Awesome, it spins around the nylon strap. Lite in weight ,perfect for my arm training. Made in the USA.

This is a great bar. Comfortable. Well made. I do wish that it was 6 inches longer -- the long one, more of a lat or pull-down bar, seemed too long for my intended purpose of curls and pulls to chest. I'm a slightly larger than average size man, and I find the bar short of shoulder-width. I do wish that I had found and bought one that was shoulder-width.

Light weight, durable, portable and functional...Exactly what I wanted

I liked this bar at first, but the problem I experienced with mine was that the foam grips shifted away from the clip at the center, which can cause the bar to become unbalanced while using it. Without the stability provided by the grime being snug against that center ring with the clip, sometimes during use the bar will pivot to one side. I hurt myself a few times due to this, but wasn’t injured. It did become clear, however, that I could no longer use the bar in this condition. Even worse, I was unable to move the grips back towards the center.It’s a good bar but was not durable enough for me to use due to this issue after about a year.

Love this bar. It is made for bands that have clips that large enough to attach. The bar has a great weight and a great feel. It was an A+ purchase. I love it
