Perfect match with a nice fountain pen.
These are not cheap but the quality is reflected in the cost. I love writing with fountain pens and have about 15 different ones. Even the highest flowing nibs I have don’t bleed through. These pads are a pleasure to write on. Silky smooth.

Good value book of dotted paper
Just what I needed - not expensive note book of dotted paper. The Rhodia cover is fine for me as I'll be working on a table - it's not a hardback. The paper in the item I received is fine but the cover is badly scratched and very dusty. If I had to take this into an office I'd be asking for a refund. Other than that great product - dots easy to see.

My new favourite
I love this notebook! I can't find this exact layout and brand at any shop other than amazon which is a bit disappointing. The paper is white and apparently lower in quality than some of Rhodia's other offerings but still much better than most other brands. I use a fountain pen on this daily and there has been no bleed-through or show-through and the ink can sheen. The paper feels very smooth, it has enough tooth to be useful with softer pencils but I think it would feel a bit slide-y with harder graphite. The pages tear off easily and there are a variety of holes for different types of ring binders. The page layout is perfect for note-taking, and I'll be taking a few of these to university with me when term starts again.

Like all Rhodia paper, this is lush and great if you use fountain pens.

High quality paper—really nice to write on!
I am very picky about my notebooks. This is one of the few A4 dotted notebooks I found on Amazon so I kind of resigned myself to having limited options and probably having to settle for something that was "close enough". Not the case at all! The size and dots are exactly what I wanted and the paper exceeded expectations. The paper is velum and quite thin without being cheap or flimsy. The cover is sturdy plastic and it feels quite solid, though not rigid. Haven't had any bleed issues (yet). Overall I'm very pleased!

My favourite paper by far to use with my fountain pens!
I love Clairefontaine/Rhodia paper!I have tried many other types of paper with similar or better paper weights, smoothness, colour, etc., but none compare to the white Clairefontaine dotted paper—none even come close! What do I love about it?1) The smoothness! I write small and use many Japanese fountain pens with extra fine nibs, and if the paper isn't smooth enough, the pens are scratchy. I have no problem at all writing on the Clairefontaine/Rhodia paper.2) The colour! I know many people like the off-white, cream or beig-y coloured paper, but I am not one of them! I love pure, crisp, white paper to write on so that my ink colours look their best.3) The dotted grid! The dots are the perfect colour and darkness: not too dark so that it shows through my writings, nor too light so that I struggle to see it when I'm writing and end up going off the line.4) The paper weight! 80 gr/m² is the perfect weight. They also have 90 gr/m² paper, but that one is a creamy colour, so if you want white, make sure you get the 80 gr/m² and white paper.5) The size of this notebook! All my other Rhodia notebooks are A5 size, which is fine for taking with you, but I still much prefer writing in a standard A4 size notebook, so I was thrilled to see that this notebook had all of the things I love from my other Rhodia notebooks, PLUS was a larger size!

Still the best notebooks
If you write with a fountain pen, you owe it to yourself to buy a quality notebook like this. I use them both for writing as well as drawing. They never bleed and the paper lasts forever. Forty year old notebooks look fine, and I live in a humid environment with both cold winters as well as humid summers. These notebooks can be safely left for your grandchildren. They are expensive and worth it.

Perfect
I’m writing with a Medium Lamy 2000 or a 21k ProGear with Waterman Bleu Mystère - it’s perfect

Folhas deslizantes
