Every roll matters to all players, so there is much less downtime than in similar dice games. The rules are simple to teach but the combos get interesting. Plays well at both low and high player counts.

This super fun engaging game may appear intimidating at first, but once you get going, it is so fun, fast pace, and competitive. Build your space space in order to win the most points. The format is simple, but there is a level of complexity that becomes part of the flow within minutes of play. I loved the board set up and the cards and markers. Very colorful and fun to engage with.I had a great time playing with friends, and came home and purchased the game for my family.

Easy to play, and keeps the whole table engaged. There are multiple play styles that can be utilized, allowing a player to learn new styles as they play more. I have bought this as a gift for people, as well, because I like it, and think they will too.

My definition of a good game is a game I don't have to win to have had fun. This is one of those games. Space Base has become a game night favorite with both of my boardgame groups. It is easy to learn the basic mechanics of the game. The complexities come in the purchasing strategies and the special effects of some of the ships/cards. You collect rewards on your turn from your space bases and you collect rewards on other players' turns from your deployed ships. That means you are somewhat involved on every players' turn. As the game progresses and you deploy more ships, you gain more rewards on other turns than on your own, but you can only get and deploy ships on your turn. We usually can complete a game in 1-1.5 hours.

Very fun game, great for families and strategy lovers! Takes some time to learn it but it’s he overall entry barrier is not high. There’s a few things in the game that are clearly overpowered but that also adds some fun competition for those items. Overall very good and visually pleasing game.

Great game! Start with the starter ships and earn income to upgrade your fleet as you go. Two things I love are: You still earn money on other people's turn so you are not just sitting there doing nothing waiting for your turn. It is non aggressive. You just try to get 40 points first and there is no mechanic to block your opponents so no hurt feelings.

Every player's turn can affect everyone, so you are always engaged in the action. Some cards can be a little difficult to understand but overall there are numerous good choices. The base set really needs extra dice (available separately or in the Command Station expansion) and grids to keep the tracker cubes in place (available from 3rd party 3D printers)

This game is one of our favorites. We are a board and card game family. This game requires strategy and understanding of resource management and probabilities. Every game is different because you never know what cards you'll get. Sticking to a single "meta" (strategy) will likely hamstring your ability to compete in every game.

This game is fun, easy to learn, and you can play it again and again. It might be good for 11+ and older because of reading needed and to understand complex strategy. One thing that I really like is that even on other players' turns you do things so it's not boring just waiting to get to you. You have 12 bases, each of them gives you something when you roll the dice if you have the right cards. Your opponent(s) get things too, from your roll. You save up point to buy cards for your bases that improve what you can get from your die rolls. You have different paths to victory so it suits different play preferences. It's well balanced, funny, and we've really enjoyed it. We don't have expansions, but the base game is good as it is. Would recommend as a group game but plays well as two players also.

Vendita e spedizione perfetta, gioco divertente ma lungo e diverso dalla aspettative. Dico così perchè mi aspettavo un Machi Koro più "serio" ed invece qualcosa di diverso c'è, oltre al fatto che la partita viene lunga: eravamo in 6 ed è durata qualcosa come 2h se non erro e ok era la nostra prima, quindi siamo stati lenti e quant'altro ma non c'è stato, almeno per noi, un ritmo che tenesse tutti sull'attenti. Questa forse la pecca, poca interazione diretta, poca sfida offensiva. Ma il gioco rimane gradevole, leggero e di facile apprensione anche nelle regole più complicate. Insomma, gioco carino ma non mi ha ispirato poi troppo. Se dovessi consigliare ad un pubblico medio, generale, o casual un gioco con tiro di dadi opterei più per Machi Koro (con espansione, senza perde tantissimo), che è similare nella meccanica ma più coinvolgente per tutti, anche se appunto meno serio, meno profondo.

Uno de mis juegos favoritos, lo jugué con unos amigos un par de veces y me decidí a comprarlo. Para 5 jugadores, un juego dinámico en el que no te aburres entre turnos. La única pega es que los dados adicionales para que cada jugador tenga los suyos propios vienen en una expansión.
