Been looking for a while for a good ginseng product as my Korean wife is a stickler for a quality product and knows ginseng well - and after much looking we came across this from vital haven and it’s just what we were looking for - definitely will buy again and recommend !

This blend of 3 Ginsengs is a total powerhouse. I usually take those before or during my workouts to boost energy and focus. I feel this supplement makes a huge difference in my performances (I manage to do around 1-3 more reps per set depending on the load). The capsules are easy to take. Overall, a fantastic supplement for energy boost and stress management. Highly recommended!

I have given four stars, only because I'm not able to give a full review of the effects at this early stage. However, the capsules have no smell, no taste, are easy to swallow and no nasty aftertaste or burping.It could just be my imagination but I do feel slightly more energised/decisive since I started these, and this is spurring me on to continue. 😊👍

This Ginseng in capsule form is pretty potent stuff! After only a few doses, I started to feel a big boost of energy ramping up my system. That energy fueled my performance level, and also affected my focus in a positive way.
