Beats my expensive foundation!
First of all, I am 66, so I am not looking for any kind of "luminous" finish. This foundation does have a dewy finish or slight glow which brightens my face, making skin look less dull. The foundation goes on very smoothly, nice and creamy. Most importantly, while most foundations do nothing for firmness or lines, this foundation applied over my Misha BB cream looked really good and full, and did not settle in lines. I have difficulty finding the right shade for a medium cool tone, but really like the choices since many foundations do NOT offer an option for medium cool. I am using Elf products more and more as they are amazingly effective at such a reasonable price.

Best Elf Foundation
This is the best ELF foundation they have made in awhile. Long lasting, buildable, satin finish. I wore this the first day for over 12 hours. Yes by the end of the day I looked wore out but my cheeks still look good. I had no oil or shine break through. The foundation held up. Great drug store 8 dollar foundation. Way to go ELF. My new summer ☀️ foundation.

Long lasting. Dewy finish. Good for dry skin
Really good product. It is really smooth and dewy for dry skin. I wore it on a hot day outdoors and on a rainy evening when ny skin was sensitive, but the make up remained exactly the same throughout the function.
