Hi, I have Sjogrens and my tear ducks have been plugged. Would this help?

Yes this should help. The plug you have is to seal the drain. Adding heat around the eye is to stimulate the glands that produce the tears that enter the eye via the eye lid not that small hole in the corner of your eye where you have your silicone plug.

Are the Blephasteam goggles and replacement rings still being made? Neither seems to be available for purchase from the manufacturer's own shop.

I buy my replacement rings through the Amazon site but you can get them and the goggles through Butterflies eyecare

Does this include 100 replacement rings?

Yes it does include them. Do check initially that your machine works well (particularly the audible end of treatment bit) as I had to send my first one back for replacement and even the second doesn't always make any noise when it's finished, just the green light (can't be bothered to send them back again for an intermittent fault). That seems a bit minor, but when you're wearing the goggles it's not easy to see the lights and the sound is important.

Yes we do but you will need a UK to USA plug adapter in order for the unit to work in the US
