A little tricky to adjust but worthwhile
The Feecco Speed Jump Rope is well-made. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip, and the licorice rope is sturdy and looks as if it will last a long time even with heavy punishment. The rope arrives detached from the handles, and despite the ease of attaching and adjusting them once I figured out what the not-so-clear instructions meant, I still found them tricky to adjust at times. Pressing down the small lock at the end of the handles didn't always disengage the rope as easily as I wanted, and it could be rough on my sensitive fingertips. But, it does fully adjust as promised and the rope stays in place once the lock is engaged. If you're short like me, keeping the rope short enough for proper use creates "tails" that extend out from the handles. While I thought these would be annoying, they're thin enough that I don't notice them when jumping. The other thing I didn't like about this rope is that it tangles very easily, but this too, wasn't an issue in use. The rope didn't tangle once and was truly fast and easy to use, even for someone clumsy like me.I ordered this jump rope fully expecting to dislike it as I have every other fitness jump rope I've tried, but I'm pleasantly surprised to find I like it a lot.Recommended.

Beware Missing Parts
Opened the packaging and instantly noticed the speed rope was missing the end caps. This issue has been flagged in previous reviews and must be inherent to the manufacturer. Refunded for a superior jump rope.

If Chuck Norris was a skipping rope...
It's that good.I wasn't expecting much for this rope but upon arrival I was quite impressed. The rope gauge is thin but heavy duty and is reminiscent of an old school speed rope. It can go FAST; as fast as you can and with smooth ease. I can go way faster with this rope than I can my cheaper versions. The self-adjusting length is a game-changer for a petite female like me. At 5ft tall it is safe to assume I have T-rex arms and legs so I'm usually sorting through the kid bins for a skipping rope that suits my height or MacGyver-ing a regular length one. It's so nice to be at the big kids level now and be able to use a "adult" rope because I can adjust the length. All the materials used in this rope are top-notch and though it looks standard in the photos once you have it in front of you in person you can see it isn't your garden variety skipping rope.Overall I am very happy and impressed with this skipping rope and it is a great addition to my home gym. I highly recommend and would order again.

This Skipping Rope is Insane
This is not just any skipping rope. It is not even close to those that you buy from your local dollar store. Once again, in my opinion it is not even close to the one you buy at your local sports store. This skipping rope is on a whole other tier level and blows any competition out of the water. This skipping rope is some serious piece of hardware but at a very reasonable price. For starters, the build quality of this product is unmatched. The rope itself is like the plastic/silicone coated stranded wire you might find in laptop desk locks. Or at least, the look and gauge is about the same. However the important takeaway is that it a heavy duty, protected wire rope that should last a long time and be able to handle high speed use, scrapes or impacts. It also is thin so it has less air resistance than a traditional rope but still probably weighs the same due to the metal interior which means that it is designed and built to travel fast. The wire itself does self lock well to the handles and is easily adjustable. However another thing I noticed is that when the wire eventually deteriorates due to friction from hitting the pavement, then I suspect it can be replaced for fairly cheap. As I mentioned before, the wire looks an awfully like security wire for a lock and so I might imagine that it can be purchased somewhere else where it can then be swap out the old. The reason I would rather replace the wire than buy a whole new skipping rope is because the handles for this speed skipping rope are quite amazing. The handles are designed very well. First off, they feel great in my hand and are of a good weight and size. The self locking portion of the handles are very easy to work with and the wire can simply be adjusted either forward or backwards. In any case, once I chose a location and the lock is engaged, then the wire will not be moving again unless I decide to get it going. With that said, I think the really neat part of these handles is that each one incorporates a ball bearing washer to aid with a frictionless rotation of the handle/wire. The end result is a skipping rope built for going at insane speeds. Basically it is able to go as fast as you, if not faster... something I can personally attest to.Therefore I would highly recommend this product. Aside from it looking awesome, it is for the good of your health and at a great price, how could you possibly turn your back to this?

if you are serious about skipping this is the skipping rope to buy
I love this skip rope, it is a little on the pricy side but if you skip rope often then this is the skip rope for you.The rope is plastic coated wirebraid, the plastic is very tough and long lasting. But its not heavy, it doesnt hurt when it hits the front of your shoe if you trip. The handles feel just right and has the rope lock for easy adjustment of the length.

Fast and well made
This is a very skinny skipping rope. In fact, it's more of a cable, similar to a clothesline or a dog tie-out, with a wire centre and TPU coating. Due to the wire centre, it has some weight, and this allows for very fast rotation while skipping. The handles are the best part. Made of smooth metal, they allow the rope to rotate easily and smoothly, thanks to the ball bearings inside. They, too, have some weight, just enough that you can feel them in your hand and know you've got a good grip on them. You can easily adjust the length of the rope and it's not permanent; you can just readjust it for whomever is using it. My son, who has had trouble rotating lighter skipping ropes fast enough, can use this one easily, using just wrist motion instead of his entire arm. It makes the arm action easier in that way.I have no real issues with this jump rope. It's well made and fun to use. Time will tell how the TPU coating holds up.

Good, but seems like it's missing a piece
This skip rope is a conundrum. The quality of what you get is good. The rope is thinner than I expected, but it's a good quality and heavy enough that it is still a step above the plastic ropes you find on most skipropes. The handles are decent quality and it's easy to adjust the length of the rope by pushing in, while being secure against coming out the other end by the little lock above where the rope comes out. The handles have some rotation, too, keeping things from ever getting tangled. The only weird thing is the bottom of the handles. Rather than being coiled up inside, or otherwise contained, the ends of the rope, when you shorten it, simply poke out the other end. This doesn't seem like it should be the case, and that fact is hinted at by the sheer fact that the hole at the bottom is threaded, like something is supposed to be screwed in there. I don't know if I just didn't receive the piece, or if it doesn't actually come with one, but it's super strange. As it is right now, unless you manually bend the ropes to contain them back into the handles, there will be a somewhat pointy metal rope end sticking out of the bottom of your handles. It doesn't get in the way too much but it's bewildering, and far from ideal.Still, even with that, it's still very usable. I didn't have a problem with it once I just bent the rope back in the way it came, and unless you make it REALLY short then you likely won't be unable to do this. And if you kept the rope on the longer end, it might not even have any extra bits sticking out. Overall, the product is good quality and I'm happy with it- it's a step up from my other ropes- I'm just.. confused.
