When I opened it, I didn't understand why it looks different. I spent time comparing it to my old one and I just couldn't understand why. Until!!! I realise it's not The Ordinary. I don't know how I missed that when I placed the order. I'm literally in tears. I feel cheated

Chinese knockoff!
I searched The Ordinary brand and that’s what I thought I was buying! I could be just water for all I know! The packaging duplicates The Ordinary except for the name brand on the box and bottle. I may use it but I will not buy it again. I have purchased other Chinese knockoffs before accidentally and most times they completely duplicate the packaging but the contents do not live up to the original.
