I have using these drinks when walking Mac millan mighty hikes. 26 miles.Have now completed two. At 66and 67. Might have sore legs but no dehydration issues.And the flavours not bad either,Will definitely buy again

This worked a treat. Perfect for those busy days when you just don’t have time to hydrate properly. At only 15calories per sachet, and added vitamins they’re not bad. It does taste very much like watermelon. They only take a minute to dissolve totally, and to be honest the first few mouthfuls went down a treat. Unfortunately I struggled to drink the second half, it was all a little sweet and sickly for me, and that’s down to personal taste. I’ll be saving these for emergencies only.

Used these for our long haul USA holiday, took as directed, didn’t feel much benefit still had headaches first day, and that wasn’t because of alcohol as didn’t have any. Also the taste isn’t very nice odd texture like liquified boiled sweet

I use these after a heavy workout or if I've had a few beers the night before. Seem to do something but I can't scientifically prove they do. Taste isn't bad either.

I never drink enough water, I do like to drink beer though and these are the ideal morning after the night before pick me up!They dissolve easily and do taste like watermelon, but a bit like salty watermelon.Easy to drink and great for after a bout of illness or on a long walk.

These are legitimately yummy.Watermelon electrolytes often taste really artificial and gross, with a nasty aftertaste.These, though, actually taste like watermelon, and it’s *delicious*! By far the best watermelon electrolytes I’ve ever tasted.But. They taste very mild, so you need two sachets, which then starts to make these painfully spendy.Worth it, though, because yum.The powder mixes into water super easily, and doesn’t leave any unmixed bits, which is fab.Super refreshing; super tasty… just, really expensive.

These are really tasty, and don’t leave a taste in the mouth like a lot of other similar drink products. I use just one in a 500ml bottle, so quite weak but two would be too much for me. Not to sweet either, so highly recommended

1.Trying to open the packets are very difficult to open, 2..I got the Mango cause I love the flavor but this one can taste the Mango! 3..As far dehydration I could not say!

This drink mix taste awesome enjoy the flavor I know and feel the difference in my energy level when using it. I do find that is a little expensive for the amount packages in a box. That would be my only criticism.

First of all I love the flavor. I have tried the likes of Liquid IV and LMNT (and many other brands) and they always disappoint. What stands out with SOS is that it tastes great, like an old school lemonade.Secondly the stick opens easily, mixes quickly and it is presented in clean packaging with concise health information and then I went to their website for their research - they have done their own research and know their stuff.Thirdly the effects of drinking SOS kicked in very quick. My thirst immediately went away, I got some zing in my step and overall I felt good.Well priced at about $1.5 per stick / drink for the hydration, minerals and vitamins. I am now gonna stop using my vitamin tablets and save that money so I cam buy more of these.I am going to try all the flavors now....hello Rainbow Sherbet

Purchased this flavor because it was recommended on a blog to be a top electrolyte powder WITHOUT citric acid. Unfortunately it does have citric acid, it's just further down the ingredient list than other brands. Works about the same as other brands, taste is ok. For the price I would say other brands are a better deal.

I was looking for an electrolyte powder that did not have citric acid, an this is the only one I could find. It's perfect! The flavor is great.
