After a few weeks the hose lost its ability to stretch and retract which wasn’t that big of a deal for me. However the hose eventually failed, and I’m not talking a hole the whole interior hose came apart.

Received the hose unbelievably fast. Hose is great quality. However, the hose is outfitted with 2 female ends, meaning the nozzle provided can't screw onto anything. It is a defective hose... never seen a hose with 2 female ends, and the picture depicts a male and female. We also didn't receive the full 3 piece set, as it was missing the brass shut-off valve extender. Not cool. Still waiting to hear back, but nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone.

Immediately after connecting to the included nozzle and the spigot, I turned on the water and the hose started leaking. The leak was coming from the hose, not where it was connected on either end. I am going to reorder and hope the next one is better. Will adjust the review after that if appropriate.After writing my review, I went to buy this item again to give it another change and the price changed from 32.99 to 37.99. I will not be reordering at the higher price and am going to try a different product.I hope if you order, you have better luck than I did.

I switched to this "style" of hose when they first came out: THEY WERE AWFUL! Am amazed I ever tried them again! But I knew the concept was good, it was just the execution that hadn't evolved enough for me to spend money on one. The brass fittings sealed the deal (it meant they weren't flimsy material)) and I took the plunge. Have had several since and use them ALL THE TIME! I'm a 73 year old woman and do all my own yard work, but hauling around heavy, kinked standard hoses was not for me. Okay; fast forward to this last purchase. I tried this brand and like it the MOST of all I've had. Smoother (less likely to get snagged), and a nicer feel overall as you feed it through your hands to hang it up. SUGGESTIONS: You do need to take a tiny bit more care of them: don't hang without emptying, try to keep stored out of the full sun, support the nozzle instead of letting it "hang", and be alert to tension ... this could mean it's snagged or caught on something. Take a second and check it out. I didn't twice before and ended up rupturing the hose. Long review, but I just won't deal with heavy, stiff and horrible old-style hoses. You shouldn't either! Oh! and it comes with a great nozzle! Such a deal!

Can I give -5 stars???? Just got it today, hooked it up.. hose expanded..opened the end valve to run water and IT SHRUNK!!!!!!!!! GRRRRR....... FRUSTRATED to say the least! Don't buy!

Update: This hose is awesome; I just power washed our patio & front porch & sidewalks. The hose held up and didn't collapse like the previous one. Highly recommend!! I purchased this 75 foot garden hose and I’m extremely pleased. It is a high quality, heavy duty yet lightweight. It’s very flexible and expandable and easy to use and drag around the yard and garden. The included spray nozzle has 9 patterns to use and each works well. The connector is brass. No problem or decrease in water pressure during use. Fittings fit securely without water leakage which I’ve had problems with some connectors in the past. I liked that there was a money back guarantee so there was no risk in the purchase.

Love everything about this hose! Sounds silly to love a hose, but watering all of my plants was actually easy and enjoyable! It was so easy to move around, my 4 year old was able to help water the plants! First it comes in a nice carrying pouch, inside was the well made lightweight hose with a turn off valve, a nozzle with multiple pattern sprays and extra gaskets if needed. I attached it, turned it on and it expanded the full length, but what’s nice is it’s soft and easy to move around. The nozzle was great to use with all the different spray settings, and once I turned it off it shrinks back down to its original size to be able to be placed back in the storage bag. This is by far the best hose I’ve ever owned! Great desig & heavy duty!

I loved this hose for the first 2 weeks. After that I developed a small hole and was leaking water. Then yesterday, a little over a month from the date I purchased it, it completely broke. The hose completely ripped off of female connector and its no longer usable. I wouldn’t not suggest purchasing this at all.
