Works well. I don't really have issues when it comes to the bedroom, but sometimes I would like to be able to have a bit more control. This really does work. Use at least 15/30 min before and then best to wash it off before you start as don't want to make your partner numb. If you use it too soon before you start the numbness don't last very long but if you use this 15/30 min before it really works well and the numbness will last a lot longer. Just be careful though only use about 5/6 sprays first time using it and adjust to what suits you because if you use too much it can numb completely, and you won't feel a thing lol. Deffo recommend though to anyone who wants to put in a shift, or you suffer with premature ejaculation.

Yep, it works.I’d say start off with a few sprays like 2-3 to see how it works for you. Otherwise it’s completely numb and might be too numb. Increased performance by about 20 minutes roughly. But I’d recommend spraying, leaving for a few minutes then washing it off with water.
