The pillow came rolled up like a swiss roll cake, which is fine for shipping, I guess. But it was very mishapen, and I had to fluff it significantly to get it to look like a pillow. However, once I did, it was pretty comfortable. It's not the best memory foam pillow I've ever owned, but it gets the job done and is by no means bad. Letter grade would be: B

Bought this product for sweating, it seems my hair is always wet around the neck. Read about this cooling pillow. Not sure yet what I think about. I do like that I can take filling out to make it looser or keep it filled. I did just wash the outer cover and will see how that came out.

I have been looking for years for a pillow that has support. I’m a back, stomach and side sleeper so I needed a versatile pillow. Most were a big block of foam or so soft my head wasn’t being supported. I had terrible neck and upper body pain and was getting headaches daily. All that is gone now and I’m so happy I have this pillow. When I got it, i had to take out some of the filling. That’s the nice part, I could adjust to my softness. Overall, this is probably the best pillow I’ve ever had.

Generally, this pillow is pretty good. It is very high, but you can pull out as much of the stuffing as you want to make it the size you're satisfied with. It's cooler than most of the "cool" pillows I bought so that's a plus. You have to put it in the dryer to fluff it up so if you don't have a dryer at home, tote it to the laundromat

The pillow was very heavy and hard and couldn't be adjusted for neck and head comfort. It was very easy to take some of the filler out to make it softer and more squishy so when I move around it can be adjusted for comfort. The cooling effect is awesome. No more waking up with my hair wet from sweating. My sister-in-law is going to try mine out because she has the same problems.

The pillow is very comfortable. I have neck and back pain. Tried other pillows but this seems to help the best.

I find this product better without a pillow cover. You get to feel more of the coolness without a cover.
