This is perfect for someone who is capable of assembling things themselves. I am giving the product five stars, but I have to say that I was extremely frustrated that FedEx delivered this in two pieces and both two were delivered to completely different addresses blocks away so it was a pain in the butt to get it here. This is not the sellers‘ fault.I was about to spend over $3000 to fabricate a countertop and still had to buy a vanity base and sink. When I saw the trouble my contractors were having with tiling my shower, I thought, “I cannot trust them to do the rest, nor do I want to deal with it.” I rolled the dice on this and I am beyond pleased. I don’t need a lot of counter space because this is for my guest bathroom and I don’t want a bunch of junk all over my counters anyhow. It has an incredible amount of storage that is out of view.My shipment did not come with instructions. Perhaps someone else returned it because they couldn’t figure it out and didn’t include the instructions in their return.. I contacted the seller and they sent me a digital copy of the instructions, but I had pretty much figured it out by then. Probably would’ve gone quicker if I waited and followed the directions, but it was worth the sweat and tears.

This is a pretty vanity but poorly made and the directions are terrible wish we would have bought something else.
