Honestly, can't believe these are priced as low as they are. They are a steal at that price. I am a pen "junkie" and these seem like a nice, durable pen. Not that super light, flimsy feeling. These have a little weight to them, in all the right places. I do wish there were an option for 0.7mm, as I don't necessarily love medium to bold point pens. But that is just a personal preference. These all write in black ink. Idk why I was under the impression that half wrote in black ink, and the other half was color. I think this is because in the "about this item" section, it says "10 pieces black ink with 1.0mm medium point, smooth writing....". Either way, great price, good quality, and I can say I would recommend!

Ordered this (20) Pack of Ballpoint Pens - Pure Black Ink Pens - 1.0mm Medium Point - Various Bold Colors for my office and home use. I do courthouse title work of deeds, maps, and survey reports and use many sheets of legal size paper per month. I've always preferred using a "medium black ballpoint" pen over the gel type pens as they are more permanent type ink, and water don't smear them nearly as bad. While shopping online for other office supplies, I saw this (20) pack of colorful barrel"black ballpoint pens" and ordered them. I like the pop in/out style for quick use. Also like the nice bold black ink when writing a report. After completing my reports, I have to "proof read" before turning into the office of my superiors. The nice bold black ink is easier to read. The bright bold colors also assures me no one will "grab my pen" in the deed room while making copies. They are easily identified.Love these pens. - Happy with order

I went with the black Ink Set, so even though the cases are a beautiful rainbow, the ink is just professional black.These are easy to spot across the room, so I can tell if someone stole one of my pens,The price is amazing for a 20-pack. and they are sturdy enough to hold up, even if the plastic case isn't super thick,I would buy them again.5 STars

With the exception of one pen (the light blue) all of these pens wrote beautifully. I have to mark down one star for that one because it's unusable -- almost completely dried out. Otherwise, I have no complaints.I was honestly under the impression that they had colored inks when I ordered them, but I'm just fine with black ink pens -- they're still lovely and they write very smoothly and with a nice dark clear line. The pens themselves feel nice, are quite minimalist and have almost a silky smooth feel.I go through pens like they're napkins so I'll be getting a lot of use out of these.
