The 2.5 diopter correction in this safety glasses is perfect when I need to read small text. The lenses are clear and undistorted with a slight wrap around. Because of the wrap around the lenses have a curvature that makes them difficult to put into a shirt pocket. I find that a pair lasts about 6 months before the lens becomes too scratched or the nose cushion comes off -- sometimes I can catch the small cushion before it is lost and can glue it back using super glue.
