Excellent Pie Fillings
I enjoy the no sugar Amish pie fillings even with the prohibitive cost. The strawberry rhubarb is particularly good. Granted no sugar is a little deceptive. It's sweetened with grape juice which is loaded with natural sugars, but still preferable to me. Glass jars are difficult to send through the mail however, and one jar was completely smashed with my last order. It was in an opaque plastic bag which I didn't open to avoid getting glass shards and goopy pie filling everywhere. Just a heads up to others to take a picture if this happens to you. I put mine directly in the trash so had only one extremely expensive jar of pie filling. That said, though they don't travel well, these are really good. I mix it in with nonfat greek yogurt for a "dessert."

Pie filling
I was looking for something to fulfill my husband's craving for strawberry rhubarb pie from PA. This is NOT it!!! It is sickening sweet and after you cut a slice of pie, forget having much filling in the rest as it just leaks right out of the open area(too liquid). I followed the directions on the label and I know this isn't right.

Trusted Amish
I was so happy to find this Amish apple pie filling that replaces processed sugar or labeled "sugar free" (artificial sugar) with white grape juice. The flavor is quite good, but find it a bit too sweet for us. It's a personal thing. The apple slices are large, and there is quite a bit of filler as well. For the price point, I had hoped for more apples. Still, without unnecessary ingredients, the Amish quality is there.
