I was expecting to listen to classical music. This dvd is a compilation of mainly contemporary music, and not what I was expecting to hear!!

Only a couple of the pieces are recorded live, but it's still a good disc.
Only a couple of the songs were obviously recorded live; the rest were studio recordings assembled in the same order as the original concert. Still a good disc, but "live" is relative. Yeah, but...If you want to hear it actually live, all the way thru, watch the YouTube recording of it.

Excellent! A mix of Classical and Contemporary. Cello as you've never experienced the instrument. Engaging showmanship.
