Clean, fresh smelling and natural.

I don't typically use fabric softener, but this makes my laundry smell so darn good!!! I love climbing into bed and smelling my freshly washed linens. I don't really notice a difference in softness, but it does seem to help reduce static. It doesn't take much so this bottle should last a decent amount of time.

For organic, eco-friendly fabric softener, this does a good job recreating the cosmetic effects. It leaves anything washed in it softy, fluffy, and fragrant, but seems less effective at reducing static cling or fighting through minerals or hard water. If, like us, you prioritize the former, this is excellent stuff and largely without the premium green markup. Very happy to have come across it.

The clean, fresh and natural scent of this "Clean Roots Lavender Fabric Softener" is very pleasant to me, and wouldn't smell feminine or overly flowery on my husband's clothes. The fact that it contains natural essential oil(s) is right up my alley, as I would occasionally add some to my laundry, but don't have to since having this product.I used a bit less than the stated amount, and did double-rinse our laundry, (as we have an "eco-friendly" washer that puts out an inadequate amount of water for rinsing), so it's possible most of this was fully rinsed out of our laundry. However, the laundry felt soft enough to me although I couldn't detect much if any fragrance when I had completed the load (might be due to the double rinsing).What I like best is having a natural fabric softener that's not chock-full of chemicals that could interact with my and my family's skin. The ingredients are impressive enough for me to keep this in our laundry space close at hand to use as needed. Thanks for reading.
