Perfect size!
These massage balls are perfectly weighted and just the right size to provide a good at home self massage. The balls massage my feet and calves to relieve aching and tension, also great for back massage and overall body massage. Great for after exercise
Been using this after my running, it’s great! I have a foam roller but this one is so much easier to use and it doesn’t take up much room. Quick, easy and great for after exercise.

Wonderfully simple way to ease muscles

Excellent for a very painful neck
I have suffered with neck pain for years, this massager has helped enormously to ease the muscles, I use it every day, it only takes a minute.

Slightly more pricey than some others but this one feels very solid and rolls well over the body. Feels like it will last.
