Power Grip Wood Carving Tools, Seven Piece Set by MIKISYO (Japan Parallel Import)

I decided to take a gamble on these, they got a good write up on a few wood carving websites. I'm relatively new to carving and I wanted to invest in a gouge chisel set without spending a fortune.They're lovely tools to work with, comfortable grip and much easier for me as a novice to cut with than the palm chisel set a friend lent me.The blades are quality, arrived razor sharp and easy to keep sharp. I think they'll last years too.Really pleased with them.

Unbelievable value for money. Delivered earlier than expected. Easy to use and a sound investment, a perfect upgrade from my plastic handled Lino tools. Great quality, easy to hone and sharpen. Brilliant.

Just basic chisels available at much cheaper price with plane handles. Metal brittle ok for linoleum cuts and bass wood but not a patch on a good chisel. Convenient as a starter but not quality and could be bought cheaper

Bought a lot of tools recently from a lot of places and these are by far the most pleasing. Even compared to Japanese sets at 4 times the price. Couldn’t be happier
