Is this actually the Pixel or Google brand? I bought a pack of other brand cords and some do not work.

The one I bought a week ago does NOT say "Google" anywhere on it but it does charge my Pixel rapidly. The seller was DealsDealt.

I receieved a charger that doesn't work at all. I tried a known good cable, but it still doesn't charge. How do I get a replacement?

Because you got a counterfeit product like the rest of us. Call Amazon customer service with your order number and ask to file an "A-to-Z guarantee" claim. It'll take 1-2 weeks, but you'll get your money back. Also ask to have your seller reported. You're best buying directly from the Google store if you want OEM. The discounted ones are knockoffs that could damage your phone.
