PreciseRebound: Soccer Rebounder Board, Soccer Training Equipment

I have 4 kids that all play soccer, and we encourage them to practice on their own everyday. I held off for a while on getting a rebounder like this because we have a net style rebounder and it seemed unnecessary. However, I finally decided to give it a shot in the hopes that 1) they could use this indoors in the winter (we live in a climate with snowy winters), and 2) they would be able to get alot more touches/reps in much faster with this style. So far, both have proved to be true - which is great. The board works great, and really allows them to do lots of quick touch passes. That repetition is fantastic for building their skills. I have also had them using it indoors and it works great in our basement. It provides a nice sturdy platform to bounce the ball off. I also find that the angled setup works great for popping the ball up to work on those small touches from the air.I am very impressed with the construction. Its sturdy, and surprisingly heavy, which I think is important for it to provide a solid rebound. The hinges are much more beefy then I expected and have a mechanism to lock them open. I am really impressed with this unit's build quality. It also has the handle cutout which is comfy and works well to carry it.Only 2 negatives to say about it:1) it does seem a bit expensive for what it is (another reason I held off on getting one for quite a while). Its ultimately a few boards (likely MDF), some veneer, and hinges. Its nice, but the price seems steep given the materials. The production process is pretty simple as I am sure its cut with a a CNC. It is what it is, but seems excessing to me. Though i suppose its expensive to ship given its weight.2) It came with a "bag" that would apparently be for storing or transporting it. The bag is ridiculously cheap and thin. I don't need a bag, so i really don't care - but its just comical.Overall, extremely pleased with this unit for the purpose. I expect it to last well so long as its not left outside.

Norge Eik soccer rebounder board is sturdy and durable, while still being portable. I purchased this for my 7 yr old grandson, per his coach's recommendation for a board rebounder, as opposed to a net. I can see why, because this board helps develop more precise aim & control. So far, he is really enjoying this and I would recommend for soccer players of all ages.

This rebounder is sturdy and built very well. Once I realized how to position it (the handle faces toward the ground), it was easy to reposition it to different angles. It is decently heavy but not terribly so - I wouldn’t want to carry it for miles but can definitely manager it from my car to the soccer field and it folds up flat with the ample handle. It is very versatile for play and practice and I think my player will get a lot of use out of it. I wish it was a tad higher as bounced balls tend to go over the rebounder rather than being stopped by it, but that’s just a personal preference. Overall a great, sturdy rebounder for any soccer player wanting to practice their skills.

This a well built, heavy, solid soccer rebounder. Our daughter uses it to practice her passing skills in the backyard. When I was a kid it would've been the side of the garage - this rebounder is a better and quieter option.

This is a decent rebounder, with a couple drawbacks. First the positive: this is a very durable, portable rebounder. It's heavy, but that's to be expected. If you want to take it with you to a park, just fold the back legs in and off you go - there's even a nice grip so you can carry it. I suspect most people can manage carrying a 16 lb. weight for a distance, so it's not really bad at all.Other considerations: on smooth surfaces (cement, likely), you'll likely need the sandbag that's included. Well, the bag is included - to avoid confusion, it's labeled "sandbag." It's up to you to fill it, but carrying it around is going to be a hassle. No doubt. Without the sandbag the rebounder slides when a ball strikes it.Also, the compact nature of this rebounder is both a strength (it's portable) and a weakness - it's so compact that playing with it on an uneven surface is quite difficult - a bounce sends the ball over it.Net net: I think this is a nice rebounder - quite useful in fact. I'd recommend it for use on field turf or a good grass field. With the sandbag, it could be used on cement or asphalt. If you're planning on using it in your backyard on grass and your yard isn't particularly smooth, I think it will be a challenge to get the full benefit out of it.

We got this for our daughter who plays 11U soccer. We brought it to practice for her coach to check out and he loved it. He said it was one of the nicer ones he's seen. The weight of it is appropriate to keep it sturdy while being used. There's also a sand bag (that you need to fill) included for extra weighting. The hinges are high quality and very well constructed. We're super impressed and our daughter is now using it regularly. Great buy!

This is a really great rebound board. It comes fully assembled; all you do is fold and unfold the legs. The hardware that folds/unfolds is really sturdy; it will not buckle accidentally. Honestly, the folding mechanism is better made than lots of folding tables I've used! It's nice and solid but not excessively heavy. It appears to be very good quality, and should last many years. It's been great for my son to use for soccer training. He can practice passes, and dad uses it to rebound shots to the goal since my son is a goalie.

This is a rock solid piece!! It can be used as a straight board or at an angle for different rebound effect. The board is fairly heavy, but this is exactly what you need to make a solid rebound board! The storage bag included is OK, but in my opinion unnecessary. The weight of the board will probably discourage you to carry it around. This is an EXCELLENT training tool for your young soccer player!
