Pretty good.
It comes a little loose at times so you have to readjust it. But other than that it works well and it’s one of the few that fits the s&w bodyguard 380 with laser.

Decent
Not a bad holster but would slide down and rub on the ankle occasionally

Literally for 20 bucks and fast shipping you cannot go wrong. - UPDATED REVIEW
I received this holster yesterday and am using it today so I will update for future use. But first, the shipping was ridiculously fast. I think it was 2 business days? It has said it wasn't suppose to arrive until atleast 2 days after it actually did arrive. I got the holster and I will say 1. it's made in china 2. its 20 bucks so I mean you can't think you're going to get something that you'd buy at a high end store for 60 bucks. So you really can't expect the world. When I did receive it, it was in rather cheap wrapping but again that's beside the point. I will say I'm currently wearing it now with no issues, and my gun (bodyguard w/o laser) fits perfectly. I did strap it a little higher up my leg and I have dress socks on so it wasn't staying up that high just because it was sliding down. I'm not sure if that was the holster or the sock that was pulling it down but it happened so I figured I'd mention it. It feels very comfortable very lightweight. All in all for 20 bucks I couldn't beat the shipping and we'll see how long it lasts but I'm extremely happy so far with it. I have dress pants on at work and you cannot even tell there's anything there standing or when I sit down. I would recommend.UPDATE - I've worn this probably, 100 times locked and loaded and literally fits like a gem every time. Sure if you're doing jumping jacks or make a sudden move of course it's going to slip down but for my day to day work life I walk about 10,000 steps a day (thanks to my Fitbit) and I have zero issues with this. It fits my Bodyguard perfect and fits the ankle perfect and half the time you don't even know you have it on!

Very good for the price...
Its not a high-end Galco, but it isn't nearly as expensive, either. Probably as good as you'll do for this price point.PROS:-- Fits the pistol very well and holds it securely,-- Fits my leg, so it will fit almost anyone,-- Very large velcro surface; expect it to remain viable through much use,-- Quite comfortable; worn over a sock or boot, you'll almost forget you have it on,-- Seems to be very well made, over all.CONS:-- The holster piece is attached to the leg-band in a such a way that it does flop back and forth a bit as you walk; I would imagine that running with it would cause a great deal of bounce and the sensation that it was going to be ripped away,-- The holster is attached perpendicular to the band; with the stock clips, this is not an issue, but if you're using extenders like the Garrison Grip, the pistol will poke out of even the loosest trousers, spoiling your concealment effort. This could have been ameliorated by mounting the holster at an angle,-- Does tend to slip down unless worn uncomfortably tight; probably less of an issue as it is broken-in.

I Forget I’m Wearing It.
I bought this for my S&W Bodyguard 380 and the gun fits perfectly. This ankle holster is exactly as described. I’ve been wearing it as my preferred holster for several weeks now with no issues. It fits my ankle snuggly (I’m 5’9” and 160 lbs) and is very comfortable. There have been no issues with it sliding up or down or rotating on my leg. Even without the Velcro retention strap that holds the gun in the holster, the pistol slides in and out with enough friction that it would probably not come out of the holster unless I were running. (But of course, I do use the retention strap)I wear nylon dress socks so one thing I did to enhance the comfort, was to take an old dress cotton sock, cut off the portion below the heel and use that as an inner sleeve under my dress sock. This makes the holster very comfortable and as I said, I forget I’m wearing it.While an ankle holster may not be the best for quickly presenting the weapon in an urgent situation, it does afford me the ability to carry more places than some of the alternatives. And if I believe I’m moving into a higher risk situation, I simply move the weapon into a pocket holster and keep it in my pocket.I would recommend this as a well-made, inexpensive and comfortable ankle holster for any of the smaller “pocket pistols”.

Daily shift use
I've had this for a few years and just bought my second one. It took a few years but the velcro is finally failing on the holster. I didn't look for anything else and immediately went to buy this one again. I've used it with my Bodyguard 380 for Law Enforcement shift work every day. I wear it on the inside of my left leg and haven't had any issues hitting myself while running or having the gun fall out. I've heard the horror stories of watching your back-up go bouncing away during a foot pursuit or getting into a fight and having your partner hand you your gun afterwards. The first thing I did when I originally got this holster was strap it on and sprint. It didn't move! I've worn it around the top of combat boots to just wearing it around my leg. I currently wear it above my boot just on my sock and I've never had any discomfort. The boot seems to hold it in place as far as slipping down to the foot. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a leg holster.

Seems well made for the price
Fits my Ruger LCP with Crimson Laser, Ruger LCP II (no laser) and S&W Bodyguard 380 (no laser). Just enough material to wear above low top boots. Not quite enough to wear above my Winter snow boots though. No biggie as I can always carry in pocket. Only concern with ankle holster with strap is time factor. Hopefully I would never have to draw, it is the "if factor". Would the creep pause while I reach down, pull up pant leg, un-velcro the strap, then draw upwards? Don't think so. So I am mixed on weather I would even wear an ankle holster. This would be for my primary carry gun, not backup. It seems good for the price but I am not certain if practical for me. Nice that it fits all 3 of my pocket guns. Stiching and Velcro seem strong.
