It's PERFECT!!!
I ordered a case with insert for my mom for her birthday. I was half expecting a flat, floppy pillow with my chosen picture printed on it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fluffy, squishable and comfy it is! The picture is exactly what I asked for and it was delivered 4 days before I was expecting it!!! 10/10 will be ordering for more birthdays!!!

Image quality was great, but I cropped my picture to fit the square given. One of the most important parts of the picture (the deer in photo) cut out when I received the pillow. No refunds no answer on complaint

quality of the pillow and picture
I received this as a gift and although I don't write reviews, I asked where they purchased this so I could. This pillow and picture was sooooo good, I am ordering these as Christmas gifts now to avoid the rush. It's rare to have a picture on something soft like a pillow turn out this nice!!! KUDOS
