Great Spiedie marinade for Chicken breast. Chop into 2” cubes, marinate for 24 hours, stick meat on skewers, roast over charcoal, use on healthy salads or slide a bun/roll/slice of bread on as a mitt and pull out skewer. Enjoy a local Upstate NY favorite food!!!
