It is very easy to do the setup. It has plenty of smart features. I love the edge brush, it cleans a lot better in the corners. It can also clean in between chairs and it can squeeze in small spaces. Mopping is not the best but I only use it for vacuuming. The station is a bit loud so you might want to account for it as you can vacuum in other rooms as the vacuum can be very quiet. It has room mapping so you can vacuum in a specific room which is great and also has no go zones. You can hook it up with most smart homes. The roller is great for hairs compared with my old one. But all in all, great power and the fact that is so small and goes to places that my old one wasn't, it is great. Would definitely speak about this with all my friends.

Many of the robot vacs you can buy are essentially the same and use the same generic software and app. It's nice to see something a little different from Switchbot. The unit is much smaller than most others and although I didn't think this would make much difference, it does take up less room in the hallway. The room mapping and obstacle avoidance is a step up from many. The suction is great, but as it's a smaller unit it does hold less dust. Not a problem with the auto empty station. The mopping also works well. The fact that it uses disposable pads is both a plus and minus. Cleaner and more convenient but obviously you have to buy replacements. Overall a very polished high quality product.

This is my second robo vac, after my Neato and it addresses two of the annoyances I have with the Neato one: 1. It fits between the legs of my singing chairs and counter bar stools so I don't have to put them up to hoover and 2. it empties itself This makes me use it more frequently and my floors have never looked better. Suction has been good and it definitely gets dust out from the wall etc. more effectively than the Neato. As it empties itself it also does a more effective clean vs the Neato which has no concept of how full it is. I like how it plots the path it has taken on the app too! It got stuck a couple of times on its first few cleans but I've now configured no go areas to avoid cabling. Apart from that it manages to get over door thresholds etc and can find it's way out of tight spaces. It's low enough to get under everything bar one coffee table and I generally consider it an upgrade on the Neato for a lower price! I haven't tried the mopping function as it uses disposable wipes but would absolutely consider a mopping specific version. I've deducted a star for that. Overall I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be and would recommend!

It won't connect to the app, connects to the WiFi fine and says it connected with a voice prompt but the app says network error so we can't access any of the features. It seems to pick up dirt okay but I think it's stuck on the lowest setting, maps the room and cleans but we have to physically press the button on the device to get it to start a clean. We have to keep an eye on it otherwise it tries to jump off the step into the kitchen, which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm a home assistant user, so im pretty technical and couldn't get this to even connect to its native app never mind even attempt connecting it to home assistant.

The SwitchBot K10+ Pro Robot Vacuum has truly impressed me with its performance and convenience. Despite its compact size, this little powerhouse delivers exceptional cleaning, effortlessly reaching into corners, between chairs, and under furniture. The standout feature for me is the self-emptying function, so now I don't need to empty the dustbin after every use, which saves a ton of time. The app is intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to map your entire room or home; you can then create rooms, and set exclusion zones so the robot cleans exactly where you want it to. Plus, the added mopping function is a fantastic bonus, leaving my floors spotless. Overall, I love this product for daily home cleaning.

Look on the play store for the star ratings. Yes. The vacuum doesn't work without the app and the app did not work. Same issue several phones. After some long delayed back and forth with tech support, a complete uninstall/reinstall seemed to fix. The app is sluggish with maps and the Alexa integration isn't great

I got the k10+ pro to keep my living room clean. The smaller size is ideal to fit into the corner of the room but it is still powerful. First time I used it I was impressed how it lifted the pile of the carpet. Great little robot vac. Easy to set up and works perfectly for me.

Very cute, vacuums good enough. Mop function defeats the purpose of automated cleaning. My main problem is that it needs extended work on the app and connectivity, because I had network issues left and right, and still I have no clue how to connect it through my phone's hotspot because I didn't want to use my home internet. I finally managed to connect it doing the exact same thing I was doing before. So not easy to set up in my opinion, although was easy one it decided to connect. It did frustste me because there's nowhere I can reach out to talk to someone to help me set it up. Noise level is good, and navigation system works well as well. And it fits under my sofa and in tight spaces, so that's a plus. It picked up every strand of pet hair and some cookie crumbs I left as a test using standard suction power. It used up 42% battery to run once through a 25sqm area, which is quite decent. And the cute anime voice pack is a nice extra for me. It's quite cute to hear her talking. I'm currently changing my flooring and it worked well both in the living room and hallway which is bare wood boards, and also in the bedroom where there's carpet still to be lifted. And also worked well in the kitchen where there's chesp vinyl. Update: After a while the vacuum started not vacuuming like it used before. So I returned and ordered the newest model. Which I'm very happy with and doesn't share the same issues.

Deze switchbot gekocht om vooral de benedenverdieping van mijn appartement te stofzuigen. De stofzuiger komt zoals op de foto met een aantal extra’s, extra borstel, stofzak, en ook vochtige doekjes voor de mopfunctie, hierover later meer! De stofzuiger is makkelijk in te stellen, in het Engels mbv de app word je door het proces heen geleid. (Nederlands taalpakket aanwezig) Er wordt gevraagd aan het begin de stofzuiger een rondje te laten doen en hier zie je wat de LIDAR kan! Binnen een mum van tijd heeft de K10+ pro een kaart gemaakt van je huis, en begint hij met stofzuigen. Er zijn veel functie’s in de app in te stellen, en het is allemaal vrij makkelijk en duidelijk te doen. De stofzuiger maakt goed schoon, en komt heel netjes langs de randjes. Er is zelfs een functie aanwezig om verticaal, boven/onder en horizontaal links-rechts schoon te maken! Ook rond pakt hij netjes rondom de stoelpoten mee. Hij is mooi stil, mits je de maximale zuigstand functie aanzet! In de normale stand zijn zelfs onze katten er niet bang voor, wat bij een normale stofzuiger wel zo is. Het laadstation is mooi klein en goed afgewerkt. De mopfunctie werkt met een vochtig doekje die je aan de onderkant kan vastmaken, is een leuke functie en het werkt prima. De stofzuiger zuigt goed en de batterij gaat lang genoeg mee om schoon te maken. Met behulp van de app valt er zo veel in te stellen dat je er alle kanten mee op kan! Wij zijn onder de indruk!

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt, wie gut der kleine Switchbot K10+ Pro funktioniert, obwohl er nur 2/3 der Größe eines herkömmlichen Saugroboters hat. Auf einer Fläche von ca. 130 m² reinigt er problemlos, sogar unter Möbeln, Stühlen und in Ecken, die viele andere Roboter nicht erreichen. Der Roboter startet, indem er die gesamte Wohnung scannt. Falls Ihr Stufen habt, könnt Ihr die manuelle Steuerung verwenden und den Roboter in das gewünschte Zimmer tragen, damit er diesen Bereich scannen kann. Der beste Teil: Der Scan der Wohnung wird bei jeder Reinigung automatisch aktualisiert, sodass man das nicht manuell machen muss. Trajektorie & Reinigungsmodi: Was mir besonders gut gefällt, ist die exzellente Trajektorie des Roboters. Er fährt in geraden Linien durch die Räume, anstatt in Zickzackbewegungen, was die Reinigung besonders effizient macht. Wenn man die Funktion "Reinigung x2" aktiviert, fährt er zunächst von oben nach unten und dann von rechts nach links, um eine noch gründlichere Reinigung sicherzustellen. Auch Hindernisse meistert der Switchbot K10+ Pro hervorragend. Er navigiert geschickt drum herum, um so viel wie möglich zu reinigen. Selbst bei meinen Stufen in einigen Zimmern war das kein Problem – ich habe ihn einfach in den gewünschten Raum gehoben, und er reinigte ohne Schwierigkeiten. Batterie: Es gibt mehrere Saugmodi: Leise, Standard, Stark und MAX. Was mich besonders überrascht hat, ist die Akkulaufzeit. Nach dem Reinigen von ca. 130 m² war der Akku noch fast halb voll. Ladestation & Zubehör: Nicht nur der Roboter, sondern auch die kompakte Ladestation mit automatischer Entleerung hat mich beeindruckt. Sie ist deutlich kleiner als bei anderen Modellen, die ich gesehen habe, und der 4-Liter-Beutel reicht für etwa 90 Tage. Neue Beutel kann man günstig nachkaufen, und die Station enthält auch ein kleines Zubehör zum Reinigen des Roboters. Lieferumfang: Im Lieferumfang befinden sich neben dem Roboter und der Station auch Einweg-Mopptücher, ein 4-Liter-Beutel (plus ein zusätzlicher), ein vorinstallierter Filter (plus ein Ersatzfilter) und zwei Seitenbürsten. Die Silikonbürste am Roboter verhindert, dass sich Haare daran verfangen. Kompatibilität & App-Steuerung: Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach, und der Roboter ist kompatibel mit Google Home, Alexa und Matter. In der App kann man den Roboter überwachen, No-Go-Zonen festlegen und zwischen verschiedenen Reinigungsmodi wählen, z. B. Staubsaugen, Wischen oder die Reinigung bestimmter Räume. Mop-Funktion: Das Wisch-Feature habe ich ebenfalls getestet. Natürlich kann es nicht mit einem reinen Wischroboter mithalten, aber für einen so kleinen Roboter ist es eine praktische Lösung. Herausforderungen: Natürlich gab es auch ein paar kleine Herausforderungen. Zum Beispiel bleiben Haare an der Bürste haften, was bei jedem Roboter passiert. Allerdings bleibt durch die Silikonbürste im K10+ Pro deutlich weniger Haare hängen als bei anderen Modellen, die ich verwendet habe. Ein weiteres kleines Problem waren einige Schmutzpartikel, die der Roboter gelegentlich zu stark zur Seite schob, sodass sie nicht sofort eingesaugt wurden. Dank der hervorragenden Fahrtrajektorie des Roboters fährt er jedoch so, dass am Ende alles beim ersten Durchgang gereinigt wurde. Also im Grunde genommen sind das keine wirklichen Probleme. Fazit: Ich kann diesen Roboter zu 100% empfehlen. Es ist lange her, dass ich einen so kleinen Roboter gesehen habe, der so effizient eine Wohnung reinigt. In meiner Bewertung findet Ihr außerdem ein Unboxing-Video sowie einen Test, wie der Roboter mit Tierfutter, Cornflakes und Reis umgeht.

After a month of use I can say I'm very pleased with the performance of this robo vac. It's does a thorough job of cleaning my 425 sq ft apartment in about 20 minutes. Picks up my Aussie dog hair without wrapping around the newly designed rubber brush. It's very quiet and can return home without getting lost to empty and recharge for the next use. it's small size enables it to get where my larger robo vac never could. Easy app setup in no time at all. Mapping and cleaning done within 30 minutes of opening the box. If you are hesitant about purchasing this switchbot vac, don't put it off. You will not be sorry. I have not used the mopping feature so no comment regarding it.

È dotato di una stazione di ricarica con svuotamento automatico (il sacchetto della polvere ha una capacità di 4 L) altrettanto compatta che lo rende il robot ideale per piccoli appartamenti o per abitazioni più grandi ma con un arredamento più complesso: -pulisce con precisione lungo i bordi dei mobili e negli angoli, la modalità anti collisione e l’eccellente sistema di sensori per la navigazione riduce al minimo gli urti. -passa agilmente tra le gambe di tavoli e sedie, pulisce persino sotto le sedie da ufficio o da gaming. -aspira molto bene e si muove spedito sui tappeti, ma è consigliabile prestare attenzione a quelli con le frange più lunghe; utilizzando la modalità di pulizia con intelligenza artificiale il robot è in grado di liberarsi e districarsi autonomamente senza restare impigliato negli angoli o nelle frange del tappeto. -è possibile impostare quattro modalità di aspirazione: Silenziosa, Standard, di potenza e MAX. La modalità silenziosa rispecchia quanto dichiarato dal produttore e rende effettivamente il robot appena percettibile durante le operazioni di pulizia. La durata della batteria è davvero considerevole e garantisce oltre due ore di aspirazione in modalità Max. -la funzione lavaggio utilizza delle salviette umidificate usa e getta. Pur non essendo alla pari con i robot lavapavimenti può essere utilizzata per migliorare la rimozione di polvere e sporco superficiale. -la configurazione del robot è veloce e l’applicazione di switchbot è semplice ed intelligente. (Ora è disponibile anche il pacchetto in lingua italiana). Permette di creare mappe impostando zone vietate e pareti virtuali, di monitorare il robot durante la pulizia e di tenere traccia dell’usura degli accessori quali spazzole e filtro. Consente inoltre di avviare una pulizia per zone specifiche e di impostare dei piani di pulizia personalizzati per ogni singola stanza della casa. Dopo oltre un mese di utilizzo durante il quale le sue prestazioni hanno pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative, posso certamente consigliarne l’acquisto.
