Not bad as an at-home option
Works as described. It takes some practice to get the brows right. And the wax can be messy when it starts to cool off. Quite cost effective. I can probably use it for four times over my face.

Hard to work with
Terrible, it took twice the amount of time to heat up. Has an unpleasant odour. Once it did melt - it’s gooey and hard to work with. Never buying it again.

Definitely new and improved!
I have used Sally Hansen wax for my lip and chin for many years so I've been through several changes to the formula during that time. I have to say, this latest improvement is by far the best. In the past I had to apply the wax a couple of times to get all the hair and sometimes even then I couldn't get it all. Now, one application and all the hair is gone. So much faster and less frustrating now.I hope they don't change it again!

It works but goes on thin
Ok so as another reviewer said , I purchased this to try because the sally one I usually buy has gone up a lot in price. I knew it was t gonna have the lotion the other one does but I have a lot left over from previous purchases. This one comes with oil wipes that are suppose to remove left over wax. They do work but u only get 4. I use this for eyebrows and lip so 4 large wipes won’t last the life of the wax, This one did what it’s says it will, it is thinner than it’s more expensive counterpart even after I applied 2 layers. It is also a little stringy which I find the other not to be as much. Over all I’m satisfied with my purchase at this price but still would purchase it counter part if its price came down a bit. This is a great reasonable counter option.

It Works Great
I bought this because the normal Sally Hanson wax has nearly tripled in price. I'm pleased with this new formula, it works just as well as the other does and I will purchase again, however, I do miss the small bottle of numbing cream that the old stuff comes with.

Waste of money
Used once and it took a long time to get part of the wax melted enough to barely be able to use. Tried again today and after microwaving in intervals for at least 20-30 min it still would not melt. Even tried placing in a bowl with water around it and microwaving to distribute the heat. Still hard after 10min total time in microwave.I used this product for years previously but they've changed the formulation and it's useless now.

Difficult to use
These are messy and difficult to use. They don’t remove much hair, just cause a lot of unnecessary pain. I remembered that from my youth, but my teenager begged me to order, and she had a terrible time trying to get these to work, and just sticking to everything around her.
