Used sparingly. Lasted only for 2 months and internal wiring came loose/snapped. Edit: the earlier feedback above was for the one I bought earlier in the year. After the feedback, I was contacted almost immediately by a representative. The representative was genuine, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got a replacement right away. A small glitch along the way concerning shipping address (I had requested for the product to be shipped to a different address) which was not the seller's fault, but the representative suggested an alternative which worked. I'm short, great folks to deal with. They take customer service seriously - they've set the bar high. I got a replacement and I'm happy with it. Money well spent. Best tactical flash light available in Amazon. This light is very bright. Also it has good range. It's flasher mode is the best. Gets little hot at lens area but it is normal as it have a powerfull light. Price could have been at 1500 rs. I bought at 1850 rs

Writing this review after use of 7 days. Giving 1 star as details mentioned about the product are not correct. It claims battery life of upto 12 hours in Medium mode and Non-Diminishing. However, I got battery life of about 2.5-3 hours max. with outside temperature of 25-27 degrees. Once the battery reaches 50%, this flashlight is not at all reliable. Light keeps diminishing in about every 2-3 minutes max. and have to switch off and ON again and again for the correct brightness. I use this flashlight to go on walk with my German Shepherd and once the battery indicator reached 50%, it started giving trouble. It automatically switched off suddenly, was not even at 25%. As per the battery indicator 2 lights were there. Built quality is good, brightness with only full battery is good, didn't face any heating issues although used it for 1 hour everyday during walk. But still can't trust this product if you are going to get one on basis of details mentioned specifically for battery backup and non-diminishing light. If you are okay with 2.5-3 hours of battery backup you can go for it. And of course forget about 20k lumens. It's not even close to 20k lumens.

This torch is good and works well. Light throw is very good. Quality built is.very rugged. Best for short time for 15 to 20 minutes continuously. I dont think it can be used continuously for 3 to 4 hrs as it generates heat. Good to use for short time and battery life too is good

Reviewed after 2 days of use (battery fully charged before use on both days) Pros: -Solid, rugged build quality -Supports both USB-A and USB-C -Can be used as a power bank to charge a phone -The floodlight output is good Cons: -Heats up noticeably after ~30 minutes, even on medium mode -After about 90 minutes on medium (ambient temp ~10°C), the battery indicator dropped to 50% - so the claimed 8-10 hours doesn't happen - Also, around that time, the torch started acting up: brightness dropped, and I had to switch it off briefly and turn it back on to restore output (this happened about every 3 minutes) -The claimed 20,000 lumens is highly exaggerated. Based on testing and research, actual output seems closer to ~4,000–4,300 lumens -Uses a square LED chip, so even at full zoom, it cannot produce a proper circular spotlight Overall: Decent torch as long as expectations are realistic. If you’re okay with an actual output of around 4,000 lumens and a continuous runtime of about 90 minutes, it’s a usable and fairly rugged option—but the marketing claims are misleading. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a 20,000 lumens device, it's at best a three star rating.

Good as described. Prompt delivery and packaging. This light is very bright as expected. Build looks rugged. Compact size and comes with thread loop for holding. Overall worth buying tactical torch.
