Vanilla & Shea Butter Dog Conditioner by Buddycare (16.90oz)

we have a long haired dog, who's fur can tend to get dry looking so this is ideal for when we wash her, to give her a smoother shiney look. It has the added benefit of making her smell better too, over all a good product.

I ordered Buddy's Vanilla and Shea Butter Conditioner because of the ingredients, including shea butter, aloe vera, coconut and argan, which are also used in quality human shampoos and conditioners, plus the scent sounded appealing.It doesn't have as strong a vanilla smell as I was expecting, either before or after use and I was disappointed that the conditioner wasn't as thick as expected, nor did it foam up particularly well, especially as they recommend rubbing it in for 3-5 minutes which is a long time, especially for shower-hating dogs.The hair also tangled when the conditioner was rubbed in but was surprisingly easy to groom out as there were no tight knots and it had looked worse than it was but, once brushed, the conditioner had definitely added both shine and body, albeit the fur didn't feel soft or sleek but it looked very good.Whilst there was no lingering vanilla smell, it did smell clean and our dog was happy. I really liked the fact that it has pump action, not risk of knocking over bottles and spilling the conditioner or struggling with lids and a wriggling pooch.4* – It doesn't smell or feel as luxurious as expected and the fur didn't feel soft, smooth or sleek when it dried, plus the fur tangled in the shower but it was very easy to groom and, when dried, there was definitely more body and it looked lovely and shiny

We have a labrador, who is obsessed with rolling around on the grass every time we let her out. So we do have to give her a ring quite regularly, otherwise she has this river like dog smell to her.This conditioner is great and mixes in really well and makes her smell so much nicer and fresher, with a scent that stays on her coat and is still noticable a few days later too. I love this on her, and feel much happier to have her on the sofa, as she smells so much cleaner with it.The bottle looks like it has a decent amount in it too, so hopefully it will last me a while.I'd certainly recommend.

This Vanilla & Shea Butter Dog Conditioner by Buddycare - 500ml - Vanilla & Shea Butter Scented Puppy Conditioner with Aloe Vera & Pro Vitamin B5 smells amazing. It's so easy to massage into my dogs coat after shampooing. Her coat felt soft and smooth afterwards with a nice lingering scent.

I don't usually condition my dog when I bath him, but figured it probably wouldn't be a bad idea. I bathed him today and tried out this conditioner. It's very creamy and 'light' feeling and was easy to work through his coat. I made sure to wash it out thoroughly before towelling him off and setting to drying him.The comb was definitely running through his coat a lot easier and he seemed to be drying somewhat quicker as well as we had less wet clumps while I was combing him through while drying. When dry, his coat is lovely and soft and feels very silky. This has a lovely fresh aroma as well that lingers without being overpowering.This appears to be a quality product and given that you don't need to use much of it per wash, it shoul last a good while. I would be happy to buy this again and other products in this range.
