Greetings: The build quality is OK. The User Manual is poorly written. No labeled image of the drill, not even of how to charge the battery. The customer service is somewhat responsive but is helpless in view of the former shortcomings.

I would rate this product 5 out of 5. It is cordless and performs the job perfectly. I have used it not only on walls but also to drill into tiles and aluminum, and it worked without any issues. This is especially useful for small drilling tasks where calling an electrician would otherwise cost a few hundred rupees.
