It’s super fly-away/static so it goes everywhere and can make a real mess if you’re not careful! But I believe that’s because it’s very micronised - and so hopefully great quality as a result - so I can’t complain really! Otherwise it’s very easy to use and mixes well. Great value item, especially compared to others, and the size means it lasts a while. The taste is a little bitter but seeing as it’s always mixed in with something else (yoghurt and protein powder for me) that tends to goes unnoticed. Effectiveness - I’m not sure of it’s effectiveness as I mainly take it for brain health due to being a vegetarian, but I presume it does something good for me - the science is out there to support this anyway!

Arrived as advertised, packaging kept things nice and safe. Having used other suppliers of creatine in the past I was slightly dismayed in the physical size of the tub, especially at its price point. But I reasoned with myself that I was paying for a higher quality product from Germany.One level scoop daily, and this tub will last long enough in order for me to evaluate its effectiveness. I'm not taking it as a pre-workout or post-workout supplement, but more for the associated cognitive benefits. So far, nothing negative to report. Dissolves well, pretty much tasteless, but best applied to a cold drink rather than warm/hot, as its benefits can be affected by said heat. Can be a slight amount of granular residue left behind.

Best creatine I've ever bought. I've bought cheap alternatives for a long time and was skeptical about this - but the powder is finer, the taste is much better and it dissolves easier. You can tell it is made to a much higher quality.

Definitely not noticed any difference from normal creatine.

Since taking this I have become a unit. Its deffo got nothing to do with cake.

This is great nutrition. Good quality. Good value

I returned the product because of the strong chemical smell . I lost £16.59 .My advice ? Don't buy from this seller .
