We've had a ton of clothes moths this year for some reason. I have high hopes for this trap as one moth could not resist flying in WHILE it was still in my hands putting it together.

Idk where these moths have come from but over the last month I keep seeing more and more inside my house!!!! Decided to try these out, but just an a FYI, these only attract and trap the females, not the males! Then the ones you do see flying around you can kill. This has stopped them from breeding, and I have not noticed so many flying around so we will see. It’s only been a week.Setting them up was pretty easy, and didn’t take very long. They are just a sticky padding inserted into the pop up box with the hanger inserted. It comes with 5 of them.Hope this helps!

This MaxGuard Clothes Moth Box Traps works as advertised.What I really like about it, it is not space waster, most traps are designed triangular shape which is frustrating when you try to squeeze in between your hangers. This new design is now my favorite moth traps. I think most manufacturers will start changing their design soon to follow MaxGuard

I've been noticing some bugs that looked like tiny moths flying around every now and then in my small apartment... It was summer time and I didn't think it was that unusual... But then, I started noticing more and more of them flying around... Then, I started noticing my cats staring at the carpet in various spots and then pouncing on "something"...I am having my Sofa Bed removed, and moved it to gather up the toys my cats bat underneath it... That's when I've noticed several of these buggers roaming around under the Sofa Bed... It creeped me out...I have since treated the carpet and ordered these traps... Put the first ones out today... They are so easy to set up... But, before I even had the chance to insert the hanger in to the top of the box, I started noticing a BUNCH of these buggers suddenly flying around... It was totally gross!!!I hope to find these traps filled up by tomorrow... I have now went and ordered more...UPDATED 2 days later -While these traps DID cause these moths to emerge and start flying around when I set up the 5 traps, there are very very few found to have been trapped, and they are still flying around (usually when it gets dark) as my cats are running around trying to catch them all night long... I've gone from giving this product 5 stars to giving it just 1 star... I'm sad, because I really wanted them to work...

We have had these up for awhile now and unfortunately we haven't caught any moths with them. We will see a random moth every now and then and do have some older vintage clothes so I wanted to put these up in our closets and bedrooms hoping to catch them. So far it hasn't attracted or caught any moths. Hopefully that means we don't really have a clothing moth problem but it would be nice to see these catch anything. Seems like a good idea and design but it needs to be at least 2 inches away from clothing or other things. I'll update my review if we ever catch anything.

Okay - first, I opened and went to place one of these traps into the bathroom as I've notice a few of these wretched little pests amongst the cotton towels, maybe a couple times a week. Literally within five minutes - a moth was caught!The traps are easy to assemble. You open the frame into a rectangle and tuck in the bottom. Then take a strip of pheromone paper, remove the backing from both sides, and slide it diagonally into the box. The lid then closes and there is a hanger which easily slides into the closed lid.Five traps are included, which provided the perfect amount for me to cover my entire living space (two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living room, and the hallway closet).I can see myself using this product again as this design is easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing than the usual white triangle paper types.Additionally, the pheromones do not have any detectible odor to the human nose. I've found some that seem permitted with chemicals that smell faintly, but this brand does not.

These traps seem to work fine. They've already captured several little bugs.

Having an issue with pantry moths, we decided to give these a shot. They look amazing and are super easy to set up however they did not attract any flying bugs to it. I don't know if it is the bait that comes with them or if they are specifically for clothing moths, but unfortunately after a week of use, there was nothing on them.
