Worth the money
I bought these because my 2 cats have different diets and one of them needs to lose weight. So far so good! My "fluffy" cat is closer to a healthy weight now. I love that I can monitor their eating habits. My only complaint is that food will get stuck in the tracks and the door won't always close completely.

Great feeders but dispensed amount is off
These feeders are working well and giving my cats what they need with some irritations surrounding the dispensed amounts.Pros:- Arrived quickly- Easy to put together- Easy to setup- Works well- Love the phone app!Cons:- The smallest dispensed amount shows as 1/12 cup which would be perfect if it was truly 1/12 of a cup. I originally set it up for 6 feedings per day which would have been a half cup of food per day for each cat. Perfect. Except the "1/12" cup is really closer to 1/4 to 1/3 cup by volume so I was way overfeeding my cats! Luckily I realized it pretty early on so I changed the feeding schedule to twice per day. One cat always has food in her dish but the one I have to watch for obesity is always looking for more food. I would prefer to give him smaller meals 4-6 times per day but the feeder will not dispense a smaller amount. This is the reason for the 4 star review. This is really disappointing. I think he'd be happier "grazing" several times per day if I could do this with this feeder.- The feeders are expensive- The collars that come with the device are terrible. I replaced them with breakaway collars I purchased. I just put the sensor on the new collars- the feed doors are slow to close so if you have a sneaky cat or dog hanging around nearby, they may be able to snatch a few bites before the door closes.- this feeder requires a collar sensor. I find myself wishing I could have found one that works by sensing the cat's microchip. All in all these feeders are doing what I needed which was to feed different food to each cat without my dog stealing it. In this they are working. I just wish they would dispense smaller amounts so I could feed more times per day.I attached a picture of a 1/3 measuring cup. It is hard to see but that cup is nearly full. It is dispensing way more than 1/12 of a cup.

Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, and Worth the Investment
I purchased the PETLIBRO RFID Automatic Cat Feeder in May for my two female cats, and overall, it has been an excellent investment. The package arrived in perfect condition, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Setting up the app was straightforward and works smoothly with no technical issues. The sleek design fits nicely in my home and looks modern, very well designed and sturdy. One of the best features is how easy it is to clean and maintain, which is a big plus for me. The feeder uses RFID collars to personalize meals, which worked perfectly for my older cat. However, my younger cat sometimes managed to remove her collar by biting it, so we had to keep it loose for her comfort — which means it’s not a perfect fit for all cats. Also, both cats were a bit scared of the feeder at first and took a couple of weeks to get used to it.This feeder solved the problem of my older cat stealing food from the younger one, helping to regulate their diets. Since I travel frequently, I love being able to monitor feeding times and portion sizes remotely through the app — it really gives me peace of mind. While the price is a bit high, I believe the advanced technology, convenience, and thoughtful design make it worth the investment. If you have multiple cats with different diets, this feeder offers a reliable and easy-to-use solution.

Cool Concept, But Missed the Mark
Update, 1.5 months after use:If I could return this device, I would. This has been a massive waste of money. The door is now getting stuck open, the time delay to close the door after the cat walks away does not work, constantly get errors on the door. This device was not properly tested in a real world environment. If you have more than one cat, find another product, this device is just not ideal.Original review:I bought this feeder because I have two cats on different dry food diets. I needed a solution that would allow each cat to access only their designated food. Unfortunately, this feeder falls short. The main issue is with the door mechanism. It doesn’t close if both cats are present—meaning the cat who shouldn’t be eating the food can still sneak in alongside the correct cat. Ideally, the door should only remain open when the authorized cat is eating alone. This is a significant design flaw that could potentially be resolved with a software update.Another problem is the RFID sensor placement. If you have a smaller cat, their tag may hang into the metal tray and block the signal, causing the door to close prematurely. A better design would have included multiple sensor locations to account for tag movement and different cat sizes. The feeder door also doesn’t open fully—it blocks roughly 20% of the tray, forcing the cats to use their paws to reach food. On top of that, the tray is shallow, rectangular, and has tight corners, which makes it hard for the cats to reach food with their mouths. There’s a reason most pet bowls are round and concave: they funnel food toward the center for easier access.Lastly, the motor that controls the door is weak. My cats have already figured out that they can force the door back open if they push hard enough while it’s closing. The software that controls the feeder is effective and easy to use. It allows you to schedule feedings in 1/12-cup increments and supports multiple feeding times throughout the day.
