Peel and Stick Tile
For reference, I used these for a backsplash in my kitchen so that is how I’m reviewing them. They have a firm plastic exterior and a SUPER sticky adhesive back. They are not really thick, so I’m not sure how well they would do as flooring. I started by scrubbing the area clean- very thoroughly. I have an old house that still has the original laminate it was built with. We’re not able to do a complete kitchen renovation right now, but I wanted something a little more fresh and modern. They were easy enough to place, but make sure you have everything measured and a scraper ready to go when you start. The first tile I stuck I of course got a little air bubble that I couldn’t work all the way out- but that’s on me. The next few weren’t so bad as long as you only remove a little of the backing at a time and then flatten it out as you stick. I did have to cut some pieces and I had no problems with that. Once stuck they hold very strong, I had to pull a few pieces up after misplacement, I adhesive really grips. The one black tile I cut just a tiny bit off and when I tried to smooth it down it did bend and cause slight discoloration. It wasn’t enough to complete the project- but it’s a good start and gives me an idea of how everything will look. I feel like for the price they are a pretty good deal and will work well in the space. If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to do a little facelift these are great. I will be ordering more.

These are fantastic!!! (As long as you understand the product)
I have to recommend!!! WITH the caveat that you need to know what you're ordering and they need to be used for the right purposes. I heard about these on Instagram, where they were advertised as a renter-friendly product. I do not rent my home but these do appear to work in that capacity. I laid these on a painted-over ceramic tile floor, and nothing came up when I lifted them to reposition. I don't know if that would change after they've lain and been walked on for a long period of time but initially, I was able to pull them up with no damage.A little about my scenario: I have been working on my house for some time but have been putting off renovating my bathrooms because I know it will be a nightmare. Last year, I got fed up with the hideous brown and yellow ceramic tile floor in the primary bath so around 9pm one evening, I just decided to paint it. It worked and brightened the space immensely, but it's definitely not a long term solution. In addition to the dog hair that got caught in the paint and is now permanently embedded in the floor, and a couple of very small chips, the floor has become dangerously slippery. I had put three coats of polyurethane down to protect the paint and had no idea it would result in a major slip hazard. Worse, there is a small laundry section of my bathroom that must have been an afterthought because the tiles are laid in a different pattern. When I painted the checkers, I couldn't figure out a way to make it look good so I just left the space white. Then I replaced the washer/dryer, and there was an ugly line of visible old tile exposed from where I hadn't been able to reach under the old machine. I've been able to ignore that space for a while, but I've also been wanting to spruce up my guest bathroom and painting the floor hasn't been an option because that floor is vinyl stick stile. I've been looking for something I can easily lay over it without too much trouble, and then I came across these tiles!A little about the tiles themselves: They are very very thin. Some reviews have called them little more than a sticker. They are definitely thicker and sturdier than a sticker, but it's not an entirely inaccurate description. The adhesive seems strong and they laid VERY easily. You can cut them with scissors. I was particularly concerned about the seams but oh my god, you honestly can't even feel them if you run your hands across!!!Now here's the thing... for what I wanted, I needed something thin. I do not want to remove the toilet and these are thin enough that I don't need to. I actually did NOT want a sturdier tile. The issue that some people will have is that because they are thin, you will be able to see it if the floors are uneven. As I mentioned, I think the tile in this section of my bathroom was an afterthought and it was NOT laid evenly. If you look at the center of my photos, you can see a shadow from significantly unleveled grout lines. This doesn't concern me because this was a test area and isn't really seen. It's something you should keep in mind when considering the floor you'll be laying these over though. My final thoughts are that I laid these as a test in an unseen area to see if they would work, thinking if they did, I'd order more to do the guest bathroom floor. It took me less than an hour to do this project and they passed the test for me with flying colors. I don't know how long they will last yet, or how they'll hold up to regular use, but if I can revamp an entire bathroom floor for well under $100, I will definitely give them a shot. They aren't super textured, but they have enough matte texture that I think they'll give more grip to the floor than polyurethane, that's for sure! My only complaint is that I really wish they offered more colors/patterns. The patterns seem to all have some sort of floral motif and that's not really my jam. I wish they'd come out with something a little more modern or elegant. I would encourage DIYers to give these a try though!!!!

Good solution to a vexing bare spot on my floor
I have a bare spot on my linoleum floor where a set of stairs was removed, and I haven't been able to find anything at a big-box hardware store to fill the gap. Enter these peel-and-stick floor tiles. They aren't a perfect match, as you can see, but they got the job done and it looks a lot better in that corner of the kitchen. They were easy to install.Note that these are not as thick as the original linoleum (which was installed in 1985) and I don't know how well these will hold up over time. However, there's almost no foot traffic in that corner and they seem rugged enough to hide an ugly patch of floor. That's where they seem most useful - to add a decorative splash or hide an unattractive feature.

Very thin and flimsy
I don’t recommend putting this on the floor! It is very thin and very flimsy. It is a thin plastic with a foam backing. It could be used perfectly for a backsplash on the wall though.

Great for unfinished basement or closets
I used these sticker tiles for my unfinished utility closet and it worked out great. It obviously looks much much better than bare concrete floor and it was so very easy to apply. I can highly recommend this as a quick solution to adding some better flooring on unfinished surfaces. Very good results for very little effort.

Works for what I need
I got these to make a tile floor for my cat’s litter box. I’ve had her for over a year and she has never regularly used her boxes for number 2. I’ve tried several boxes, many kinds of litter, putting boxes side by side and in different rooms. Nothing has worked. But, since she likes to use the tile floor in the laundry room, I figured I’d try a low box with a tile bottom. Then, try to wean her off that into a regular litter box. All that to say that while these tiles are quite thin and would never work on a floor, they do have a strong stick to them. The size is small and convenient for a small space. And kitty approves! They have no odor, even from the sticky side.

Great DIY Prject
These arrived in a plastic wrap and flat packed so it was easy to peel and stick. I'd suggest using something to warm up the adehisive to make sure it stays in place. The lines are clean, easy to match up and adds a nice vintage touch to my project space.

Crisp & clean!
Im a renter- put these on top of '80's 13x13" italian tile- worked fantastic! I did find that alot of the white tiles are larger than the black ones though! Luckily it is easy to cut with scissors or small paper craft paper cutter. My bathroom is now my favourite room in the apartment!
