Super easy to pair with the phone and start using right away. The physical buttons are a nice touch and make it simple to control without fumbling. Sound quality is surprisingly good and honestly close to what I get from my earbuds. The mic is fine for calls but don’t expect it to perform well on apps like Discord, it just doesn’t cut it there. The fit is really comfortable and for this price the overall quality is impressive. Charges up fast and the case battery lasts ages, I’ve only charged it once in the past two weeks. The connection is also strong, I even managed to walk into a shop while my phone stayed in the car and only when I closed the doors behind me did it start to drop.

This is such a good headset. We’re on Cloud phones at work with a desktop app and a headset connected via Bluetooth and a USB dock. Had constant drop outs with internet, Bluetooth connectivity etc. switched to using my mobile app for the phone but the headset wasn’t compatible. Bought this product and it’s a game changer. Clear signal. Easy to use. Holds charge for the whole day and more and the charge case is nifty and small fits in my bag easily for working from different locations. Crystal clear sound and great noise cancelling. Couldn’t be happier. Connects to both my mobile phone and to the laptop for Teams calls etc at the same time. No need to switch as can maintain connection to two devices.

NEWBEE M53 Wireless This is a good quality wireless ear piece & value for money. Sounds great, crisp & clear. Love the compact charging case which is slim, lightweight & fits in your pocket & tells you how much charge is left in the earpiece when placed back in its charging case. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the fit was not so good & caused pain. The soft bud cover is fine. However, the part where the ear bud protrudes from is hard plastic & was too big to fit in my ear, thereby causing pain. Had this been either tapered in or rubberized this would have achieved a more comfortable fit. Also there is some adjustment on the soft ear loop which is nice & comfortable. However, this adjustment allows you to make the loop bigger but does not have any adjustment down to make it smaller. I, therefore, gave this to a family member who found it comfortable in terms of it caused no pain but commented on the ear loop being a bit too big. This family member is extremely hard of hearing and was delighted at how loud and clear the sound is with this. They could hear perfectly with this which was even much better than the hearing aids they have. Would recommend to others who have average size ears.

Great item better than expected the sound is clear the battery long lasting and until my phone rings I can listen to the radio in my phone. When a call comes in it reverts to the phone automatically. Great for the price would highly recommend

Headset itself has been very good. Get the odd connection issue but it sorts itself out. It’s loud and clear and easy to use. It fits well on the ear and can be worn for long periods without much discomfort. The case however has given up after only 2 months

I waited a little while before writing a review so that I could leave an honest review. So far the headset has been amazing and the charge lasts for so long. Perfect for my working from home days and answering my calls.

I had many earpieces over the years, and this one is the best of them all, great item, the sound is unbelievable, I had it 11 hours straight and didn't feel it was there, great stuff. So good that I ordered another one, to keep in case I loose etc. Do not hesitate, this is the one you need. The case acts as a charger on the move, and can be charged as well on the back of the earpiece, and has a 3 year warranty, what else can you ask for.

It is very comfortabelto ware. Long battery use. But when using to call someone the sound turns up to 100%. Very loud an very annoying. Also when use with Google Maps it skips 1 or 2 seconde of the directions

Ich habe mein New Bee headset bis zu 12 Std. im Ohr und Bin super zufrieden. Der Support von New Bee, wenn Manns braucht ist absolute beispiel los. Schnell und Freundlich. Ich kann diese Headset Absolut weiter empfehlen. Deshalb 5 Sternen von mir (wenn möglich wird ich mehr geben)
