Takes 2 to put together, had to get extra hardware, not comfortable.
Not a comfortable chair. A chair made for the use it is used for should be made to be comfortable. Very difficult to put together. Had to go the hardware store to supplement parts. Takes 2 people to put together.

Just as pictured!
First off, this thing comes in a box completely disassembled, so be prepared to build it! Second, you’ll definitely need an extra set of hands to help you build it! Third, it’s just as pictures and described and goes together well. Instructions are easy to follow.Overall, I have no immediate complaints and it seems to be a great, sturdy, comfortable, pedicure chair!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. One of my chairs came with a stripped bolt that won't come off so it can be put together and ive been going back and forth for months. Now I'm out over 600 dollars and I domt have a working chair!

DO NOT BUY
This chair is not worth it at all. It's waaaay overpriced, cheap, and poorly made. The chair didn't come with all the hardware. When I told the seller, they told me sorry and nothing else. Two of the screws that did come with it were defective - one was bent, the other broken. Save your money and buy something less expensive. After a day of putting this together, I don't think it'll last very long. So janky.

La silla viene completamente desarmada y aunque trae sus instrucciones es muy difícil ensamblada, ya que algunas partes no traen huecos y no se sabe si está bien colocado cada parte según la funcionalidad que se necesita.Hubo tornillos defectuosos, se necesita ayuda adicional para el ensamblaje.
