It hasn't even been 6 months, and this camera already is turning everything to a blur, now every time the camera moves in one direction and everything becomes blurry, but if I adjust the lens manually everything looks fine but, with the slightest move it loses the focus totally again.Now this is for you Amazon, I think is time for you to start paying more attention to your vendors' product because if this is going to be the new normal, and the customers are going to be paying for products that won't even last(6 months), I might as well start looking the other way "Alibaba".

The specs on the camera are good. It is just way to buggy. Crashes all the time. PTZ crashes. IR has issues. Also it doesn't come with a mic like it says it does 'in the box" description. I feel like a firmware update could fix all the issues this camera has.
