I have a tough time reviewing supplements like this because it's really difficult to determine if my focus or energy levels are much better. I like trying supplements, but I haven't had any noticeable improvements in any of the areas Sea Moss and Shilajit are supposed to affect. I will keep taking them and report back if anything changes, but at this point, I've not noticed any significant changes.
