Shut up and be patient
I'm 39 years old and have had incredibly serious sleep issues since becoming a teenager. Typically, I have no issues falling asleep but will wake up 2-10 times per night. Sometimes, it's just the normal "take a sip of water and start to fall back asleep, but it's often a situation where I snap awake like being shot out of a cannon. When that happens, I'm awake for a minimum of 45 minutes.How have I tried to solve this? Sleep studies, eye masks, earplugs, white noise machines, various room temperatures, fans, mattresses, sleep hygiene, meditations, breathing exercises, natural sleep supplements, and over a dozen prescriptions from four different doctors. Some of them would actually work for a night or two, but it seemed like my brain and/or body would eventually adjust and negate the effect.This eventually got so bad that I started drinking over 1,000mg of caffeine every single day. At night, I was drinking enough alcohol to make someone twice my size black out. The alcohol gave me impression that I was asleep....but that's obviously not restful sleep. Eventually, I cut alcohol out of my life entirely, but that made my sleep the worst it's ever been (even half a year beyond the withdrawal period).I ended up meeting someone on a dating app few months ago. As you do in those early dating stages, you tend to be more responsive with what someone recommends. I'm a guy....so we'll go along with A LOT of things we don't necessarily believe when it's coming from a gorgeous woman. We had several conversations about cortisol. She pegged me issue within an hour of meeting in person for the first time.Did I do anything about it? No, I'm stubborn about things. I was in my "I guess I'll just never get good sleep" phase. After that relationship fizzled, she still kept in contact and pushed the cortisol issue. I did some research and landed on this product.I've been taking it consistently for a month now.How did it feel after the first night? Exactly the same.How did it feel after a week? No perceived difference.After two and a half weeks, I started to notice that I wasn't waking up quite as much. Even if I did pop awake, I still felt groggy and hit deep sleep again after a few minutes.At three and a half weeks, I could really feel a difference during the day. It doesn't feel like anything. Taking the Moon Brew at night doesn't knock you out. It's basically just turning down the noise in my brain and body for long enough to let me naturally do something that comes so easily to many people.This has given me the ability to be more present with people in my life, skip caffeine entirely during the week, exercise more, and have a more positive interaction with the world around me. It's not a magic bullet, so it can't fix every issue. You need to put the work in and create good sleep hygiene around it. I'd recommend this to absolutely anyone who has a fair amount of stressors (.....so.....everyone).This is something I'll happily take for the rest of my life if necessary.I'm grateful for this product and beautiful spiritual women who will force me to take better care of myself.

It works, tastes, and smells great.
I need help sleeping, I have tried everything. This magnesium berry tea is a great way to enjoy it. It ihas the perfect amount of berry, it smells so good. It felt great on my scratchy throat and I fell right asleep. Its loaded with natural herbs, but it tastes great. I love the different mushrooms in this, so many health benefits.

Woke up in a fog
Pros- blends easily with cold beverages, not bad taste, slept through the night.Cons- consistently woke up in a fog and took forever to get motivated and clear my head to get started on my day.Don’t think this product will work for me, everyone is different.

No More Grogginess!!
I’ve been on the hunt for a nighttime drink that helps me relax without relying on melatonin, and Moon Brew Nighttime Superfoods turned out to be a great find. I mixed it with milk, and the taste was surprisingly good—smooth and comforting, perfect for winding down at the end of the day.What really impressed me was how I felt the next morning. I usually wake up feeling groggy and fuzzy, but after drinking this, I felt much more alert and refreshed. Great product!
I love how versatile this product is! I make it hot as a tea, iced as iced tea and mixed with sparkling water for a mocktail.The flavor is nice and subtle. I like to add tart cherry juice to boost the flavor a bit.It has great ingredients and as it is a powder, so you can customize your serving size! I feel more calm and I sleep a lot better when I drink it before bed.100% would recommend!

Did not work for me
Did not notice any improvement in sleep. Taste is lacking.

Moonbrew Wild berry for a relaxing evening
I previously had ordered a small introductory order of moonbrew and noonbrew, and really liked both. I wanted to try a flavored moonbrew since I had the original, and came across an offer to try Wild Berry. In return of this offer, I am writing my honest review.I use 1 tbsp of moonbrew approximately an hour before I go to bed, brewed in 8 oz of hot water. It mixes easily in hot water with a spoon. I recommend drinking it in a timely manner so the powder does not clump up as the tea cools. The wild berry taste is much nicer than the original. I find it helps me feel relaxed. Hot tea always helps, but the vitamin mixture in this moonbrew is really nice to promote a relaxation mindset before bed. I haven’t noticed an improvement on my sleep, as it seems my stress keeps me limited in the amount of sleep I have each night, so I think that’s more me than the impact the tea can have.The tea can certainly seem pricey for the bag, but only using 1 tbsp each night makes the bag last a while. If you struggle to relax your mind and body before bed, give it a try. Maybe try a smaller size bag first to see how it works for you after 1-2 weeks.I am happy with this company, their transparency in ingredients, and the flavors they are coming out with recently!

Great product for sleep!!!
I suffer from insomnia and I don’t wasn’t to take prescription meds for sleep. So I have tried this product for an week and I have noticed a difference in my sleep. It’s fantastic and tastes great because it’s berry flavor and the ingredients are great too. The quality of this product is fantastic because you get a bag with powder but a little is all you need so I can even last longer than a month. I would definitely recommend this product. I no longer have to take melatonin and in this product there is no melatonin. I don’t wake up groggy or still tired. Will buy in the future.
