For the Mom heated and cooling pack
For those breast-feeding mamas, this is great for when you’re just kind of feeling sore or engorged or even have any cracking or sensitivity. I also use this items for the stomach cramping. I was having after birth so it’s perfect for lots of things definite recommend

Lifesaver!
Used both from the freezer and put in the microwave. It works really well! I've been able to put them around my pumps. Haven't had any issues with them leaking or being sticky or needing to clean them. I like that they have a soft side to put on your skin. I love them so much!

Must get!
A must get if you are breastfeeding! Very helpful for clogged ducts and overall soreness. It’s nice to have the option for cold and warm.

Best brand of cold or heat therapy packs!
I have had several brands of these hot and cold therapy packs, but this brand is by far my favorite! They are actually large enough to reach pretty much any problem area you may have with clogged ducts or mastitis. I use them the most as ice packs, but they work well for heat too! If you’re torn between brands, go with these. You won’t regret it!

Great for mastitis relief.
A must for postpartum if you’re breastfeeding. Had them on hand just and case and I’m glad I did. Soft and just thick enough to hold a cold temperature for a while. Encountered mastitis a few times and these were perfect to help with quick healing. Material is thick and durable, easy to use-fits easily under a bra, soft, not sticky like some plastic ones are, effective for helping with mastitis or tender breast from feeding.

Frida Mom is the best! These are a great product!
Greta quality! I love anything Frida Mom so far postpartum. Easy to use, no leaking that I’ve noticed and I love that the directions are on the hot/cold pack. Makes it a lot easier to find.

Good design, wish they stayed colder longer
Used these as a cold pack only and they work well for a bit but they don’t stay cold for long. The one nice thing is that you can put them on straight from the freezer without a wrap. I did like the design with the hole in the center to avoid nipple irritation and they seem to stay in place well with a bra on. They are big enough that they do also cover the whole breast which is nice compared to other brands. Good alternative to traditional ice packs but I’d probably not buy again because they just don’t stay cold enough for my preference.
