Khadas Mind Leather Case

This little case keeps my Khadas Mind V2 safe and secure when I travel. It's a very simple, but elegant design with a magnetic closure on the cover flap. I love that the design of the cover flap leaves enough room for me to leave my 2.4Ghz dongles for my mouse and keyboard plugged in. By leaving them installed at all times I not only reduce the likelihood of losing one, but also prolong the life of both the dongles and the USB ports on the Khadas. My Khadas Mind V2 still looks like it did the day I took it out of the box because this case keeps it secure and protected!

It is not leather. It actually says "PU leather" on the box. Which means Polyurethane, a common plastic. Nothing wrong with PU, it's a great material, but it's not leather. Also, the texture of this case is far from exquisite. It feels like cardboard. I own everything Khadas has released so far in the Mind 2 line - Mind 2s 64, Mind Graphics, two docks, and I am not planning to return any of these. They all show excellent, uncompromising engineering, and their physical appearance is, indeed, exquisite. I guess if the description for this case read something like "elegant protective polyurethane case custom fit for Khadas Mind computers", and the price was around $15, I would have no problem with it. It's not about the charge, more about the advertising and the expectations that it sets. Khadas, the quality of your rigs deserves leather from Vaja or Montblanc. Both do collaborations all the time.
